My countertops were installed by Kyle and Mike yesterday. They were very efficient and did a phenomenal job. The seam in front of the sink is hardly visible, which we are very pleased about.

When we were picking out our granite, Jason made sure to show us just about every single option possible so that we were able to find the perfect style. Zach did the measuring and he and Jason helped us lay out our granite. They were awesome when it came to allowing us to pick and choose our layout. From there, Patti checked in with us consistently from the time of purchase to the installation which we found to be very professional and courteous.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend this company. They make each customer feel like they are the most important customer and they deliver a great product. One of my favorite things about this experience was having the free option of an eased edge AND a pencil-roll edge. Every other granite company that we had looked at in the area only had the free option of an eased edge.

Kyle and Mike D were amazing! They took on our job to remove our Granite for some repair work that we needed to have done. they were careful and very reassuring! When they returned today to put the granite back in place they were courteous and professional! The counters look like brand new! These two guys are the best! I would recommend Granite International to everyone!

Installation on August 22 was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The installers were courteous and professional. They provided care and maintenance information for the countertops. Workmanship was excellent. We would recommend using them for any countertop needs.

I just had my countertop installed by Kyle and Mike they were very knowledgeable and polite, very professional young men, Zach did the measurements he was very patient with me I kept changing my mind about what sink I wanted, he did a great job and was very polite and professional, Patti was my first contact she is great and when I found what I wanted she searched all her suppliers to find the same lot of granite and then held it for me for 6 months. Right from start to finish everyone was very polite and professional, thank you for making this part of our kitchen remodel a lot less stressful.

Great people to work with! I started working with Patti and got a quote on Black Galaxy countertops which was fast and easy since my cabinet supplier had provided me with a countertop layout. Patti called me when there was a setback in material availability and got me in touch with Rachel to come look at another color that they had in stock, Steel Gray, which ended up being a huge savings. Zach was prompt and courteous on his trip out to measure and template the countertops. Kyle and Mike D were equally as courteous and professional when they came out to install the countertops. A huge thank you to Jennifer for making sure that this customer was completely happy. You all are awesome!

Ordered bar tops and got exactly what I wanted. Tops were supposed to be delivered today at 9am and Mike and Kyle showed up right on time. Both guys were very friendly and new what they were doing would recommend them and company to anyone. Great experience

Great place to do business with, and the guys did a great job with both installs. Will definitely use them again and the work was very well done!

I would never recommend this company. They had two guys instal my countertop after we had our cabinets installed. One of the guys had to unscrew my pantry to get it to fit because the measurement must have been off. He does that and supposedly everything looked good. Not so. I opened my brand new pantry cabinet only to find a huge crack that looked like he tried to hide it by caulking. The guy didn t mention a word to me. We actually had to instal the pantry with part of our ceiling out so that it would fit in the space. I immediately called and they were apologetic and sent Zack out to look at it. This was the end of June. I got a call in July saying they were waiting for the pantry to come in that they had ordered from the same place I did. They get deliveries every week or two so I know that wasn t true. I kept calling and finally October or November they finally installed a new pantry but they couldn t fit it in and had to cut the toe kick off. So realizing they didn t order a skin they had to order it. Zack ordered the wrong one and I had to now wait for the new one. So then the large piece of skin that goes on the side of my pantry gets delivered. Guess who delivers it? The two guys that installed the countertop to begin with. They were saying how they remembered the house and wondered what happened. They ended up leaving this huge piece of skin siding in my family room where it sat until the very nice contractor came to fix it. The same contractor who Zack kept blaming for the delay. It ended up finally getting fixed last week. Which was the beginning of Dec. I haven t heard from the company or of any kind of reimbursement for the wait. Nothing. Zack was horrible at returning phone calls. They didn t care at all about pleasing the customer in this case. Do very disappointing

The service was far above their competitors. From the first appointment when Zach came out to make measurements, it was more personalized and very detailed. To when the installers Benji and Kyle came. The installation was very smooth and they took the time to ensure the seams were not showing and that everything was sealed and smooth. They were very careful not to damage anything and all around professionals. Thank you to the team at Granite International.

I just had a granite vanity top installed and I couldn't be more pleased! Every step of the process from showroom(Rachel) to installation(Kyle and Mike) was perfection. I highly recommend Granite International...you won't be disappointed!

They walked us thru the process and gave us the pros and cons of different material and did it in a way we could actually understand. We chose a beautiful slab of Netuno Bordeaux at an amazing price. My wife Sue and I had an amazing experience from start to finish with installation on our kitchen granite counter tops and our fireplace hearth . Staff was great to work with , they were extremely informative and went out out of there way to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Our kitchen looks stunning. Thanks to Mario and his team of professionals .

Over the past few weeks my wife and I have been dealing with Granite International LLC. Upon out first visits there we came prepared with measurement's, pictures, questions, and concerns. From the beginning we were told that our project would not be a problem. We followed up with them a few times after that once at the home show and a couple more in their store to pick out our granite type and set up dates. Once again we were assured that our project would not be a problem. With all the pictures and measurements we brought them they were very confident and reassured that they could do this project. The gentleman who came out to measure our counter tops was great. He also addressed some of our concerns and assured us that or counter top was no problem. He was there for about an hour and a half measuring and taking pictures. Two days later my wife received a phone call from Granite International asking for her to call them back. When she did she was told that Granite International was now unsure if they could do our countertops because they no longer felt comfortable doing them and felt that their work would not be up to our standards. I live in a 1930s home in the middle of Bville, its not like we are in a multimillion dollar home here. After this call my wife received another call from the man who did all the measuring who stated the same thing that they were not comfortable doing the job. He also said he was going to call the owner and discuss our project more with him and call us back. Needless to say that never happened. When he never called back that day we called Granite International and asked for him. The lady who answered the phone told us he had left for the day so my wife said to the lady that we are expecting a call back so we know if we have to move on to another company. We did receive a call back, no not from the owner but from a worker stating that we are going to be refunded our deposit and that they are not going to take the job anymore. When asked why we were never given a specific answer and just told the same as before which was that they don't feel comfortable and they don't think it would meet our standards. I am very disappointed that we were lead on for months and now currently have no countertops going in and no sink in our kitchen. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We are currently in conversation with another company and are about another month out of having our kitchen back.

Love our new countertops! Great turnaround time, once I picked out what I wanted, they were out in no time to measure, and before you know it, our countertop was delivered and installed. Super smooth installation and friendly staff.

We recently had Mike B. and Kyle in our home to install countertops. They were on time, clean, excellent workmanship, very professional. They were kind and did everything they promised. Very happy with the countertops! We would definitely recommend Mike B. and Kyle to anyone looking for new countertops.

I've tried numerous times to resolve an issue on my Kitchen counter where the seam is at the middle of the sink and the granite is up a quarter inch from the other side of the seam and a few people have cut themselves while washing dishes. Granite International blames it on MOTHER NATURE but talking to quite a few other contractors they say the seam should've not been in the middle of the sink for everyone to see. I haven't even move in the house yet and they say it is not covered and will charge me between $200-$300 dollars to fix even though I already paid $25,000 for this kitchen I haven't used yet! Find a cheap wood laminated counter instead of Granite International!

We met with Granite International at the Turning Stone Home Show and switched to this company after having a one-on-one appointment the following week (we were preparing to use a different company prior). We liked their selection, prices and overall friendliness that gave the showroom a family-like atmosphere.

We worked with Patti in the showroom who was very knowledgeable about their products and processes, and she was very patient with our kids that came along with us, which is sooo appreciated!

I can t remember who did our measurements but he was very professional. Our installers, Mike and Kyle, were also very professional and did an amazing job installing our new quartz countertops. They went over everything with me, they were very personable and they did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris that was left. They were very patient with all of my questions and were able to answer everything.

We will definitely recommend Granite International to anyone in the market and will use them again for our next project!

I had granite installed in my laundry room by Granite International of Cicero NY. The process was perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Patti and Jason helped in making my selection. Great service until after installation when there were cracks, inaccurate sizing, and damage. They didn t even get the measurements correct. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Decided to use this company, for a granite vanity in our bathroom. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my wife. Dismissive company, promised install, gave date, took money, and never delivered on their word. Would not use them, or recommend to anyone.

After speaking with the office, and the installer, i described what we needed, and they came up with a price. I felt the price was more than fair, and put a down payment/deposit down. A week later, I also had to sign some forms, not a big deal.

The install date comes, no one shows or calls. I call, no answer, no return call.

Next day, i get a call, no apology, and they schedule to come and pick up the granite, to fabricate.

After weeks, i decide to call, and there must have been miscommunication some where internally, they decide they will no longer be able to do the install, it will not meet their standards.

The main project was a piece granite that was already cut and polished, it literally needed two holes for sinks and install.

Again, the reason i am leaving this review is simple. Long process, failed promises, failed their own time tables, no apology, no customer service.
Wasted a Christmas gift, and so much time. 2 months total, for a no and return of granite.

Quality countertops at a fair price. What I liked most was the installers attention to detail! They really care about their work and it shows. Thank you granite international for my beautiful counter tops.
