I went here for a ring repair and resizing. The customer service was excellent!

A small - and I mean minuscule - tanzanite stone fell out of a brand new ring I had bought on a trip and I knew it would be a trick to get it fixed. I called the shop and spoke with the kindest woman who assured me they could fix it and even check to make sure the rest were secured as to avoid future issues. I brought it in and although they couldn't get a tanzanite stone in the same small size they could get a diamond and the price difference was only a dollar. A week and a half later I had a perfectly fixed ring that had been checked over, and even cleaned. The associates were so friendly, genuine, and kind, which left me with the sense that my ring was in good hands. Needless to say I will happily go back, and just may to get a ring resized in a few weeks. Thanks y'all! I'm so happy to have my ring back and better than ever.

Stopped in to admire the Shinola Bicycle at the front of the store and walked out with a beautiful Shinola Watch. Thanks to Crystal for patiently letting me paw a half dozens models(that I'd only seen online before) until I found the right one. Even found a lady's model to buy for my goddaughter's Poly graduation, so I'll be stopping back in again soon.

This is by far the best jewelry store in SLO. We met Kevin when someone recommended his shop to us. It happened to be his birthday. He was very gracious inviting us in for cake or a glass of wine. I'm going to have him design my engagement ring I was so blown away by the service and obvious attention to quality. The clarity of his stones can't be beat and his original designs are gorgeous. I highly recommend shopping here.

Professional , warm , quality work and not too expensive

Received excellent service from Shelley and wound up buying my wedding band from this store. The ring arrived with a different finish than expected, because the brand which they ordered this particular band from uses different terminology than is typical for their various matte finishes.

They allowed me to take the ring home to think over, and when I decided to exchange it they handled it for me work zero pushback.

The ring I received after the exchange was actually still a different finish than I expected, but it was a happy accident as it was a finish I didn't know was possible, and that I prefer over my original choice.

I still gladly give 5 starts as the customer service I received was top-notch. The ring I bought was much more affordable than the majority of their offerings, yet I truly felt that Shelley listened to my desires and cared about my end satisfaction. If did not like the replacement finish I have no doubt that they would have exchanged the ring again, and if time were a factor I believe they would have done whatever necessary to get me the ring I wanted in time.

Only amazing things to say about Kevin Main Jewelry. They went above and beyond finding the perfect pink sapphire, rebuilding the engagement ring setting from scratch, and working with us despite this ring being for my brother (and the woman he will soon propose to) who lives in and is shopping from Mississippi (via me, his SLO-based sister).

We were not a simple customer, but they were always happy to see us and were so beautifully helpful. Justine, the salesperson, was a dream to work with. And ultimately, we found the perfect rings for my future sister-in-law. All of my jewelry shopping will be done here for the rest of my life. Forever. Amen.

Brought in watch for battery replacement. Sales staff members couldn t have been nicer, the store and merchandise are beautiful, and the battery was replaced on the spot at a reasonable cost. Loved the fabulous Shinola bicycle on display!

Kathi helped me pick out a beautiful white gold diamond cross for my new granddaughter's baptism. It's almost as gorgeous as she is.

Great staff! Always friendly every time I visit the store. This store has great quality jewelry and have been quick to clean the jewelry I bring in. Kevin and Kathi have been family friends for years, but we're the next generation- when we wanted to go in and select our wedding rings, we went in and talked with Marti. She was FANTASTIC! She has a terrific demeanor, just the right approach and an outgoing personality. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with our selection, and on only the second band she showed us, we knew exactly what we wanted to make happen. We selected two modern hammered rings that were like nothing else we've seen and provided us with exactly the look we didn t know we were looking for. We provided two family heirloom diamonds and the team at Kevin Main had our rings ready in just a month or so within our fairly small budget! If you re not sure if you can afford the ring of your dreams, be sure to ask your family members if they have any semi-precious stones that they re not using and then you ll be able to save a whole lot of money when looking at rings.

So, I highly recommend them with no reservations. We returned with our young nieces and they made sure they were part of the Kevin Main family as well- outstanding customer service by Marti and Jennifer. I had my engagement ring resized with Kevin Main. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and the resize came out very nice. However I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the resize. I left my ring and was told it would be two weeks but likely done sooner. I called three days before the end of two weeks to check on it and was told they had not even started working on it. On the day I was supposed to pick it up I called again and was told it would be done the next day. I understand that there are many projects going on, but it would have been helpful if they had told me when I first called that they were running behind schedule. Also it didn t make sense that I left the ring with them for two weeks and then they didn t work on it until the last day. I live locally and would have been happy to drop it off when they were ready for it.

I had left off three watches for repair and, as usual, Kevin Main delivered the fixed goods on-budget and ahead of schedule. Whether we have repairs to our jewelry and/or watches or buy merchandise from this exceptional retailer, we have never been disappointed.
