Have really bad experience where Eagle taxi ( white taxi) Sahid Hotel residence taxi I guessed cheated my wife on taxi fare. The driver charged my wife for Rp350,000 from Sahid to Pasar Baroe where the most fare is around Rp80,000. I was not accompanying my wife at that time coz I m attending a meeting. I m regular customer with Sahid Hotel but after this incidence I m thinking of switching my stay to another hotel. I will share this bad experience with my fellow family and friends. If Sahid take necessary action on the taxi operator I will consider to stay in Sahid but as it is now I m hindering from staying in Sahid Hotel Jakarta. Thank you. Ahmad Nordzri Kuala Lumpur

Maybe it is due to the Covid, but this is one of the worst hotel I ve visited. The food is always the same for three days in a row with a very limited choice. Gym and pool is not open yet even for visitors

Its my VERY BAD EXPERIENCE stay on Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel.
Bad service, bad attitude from the staff, room condition is worst. Look like stay on budget hotel.

One of the old hotels in downtown Jakarta with vintage interiors mixed with royal reliefs makes the atmosphere in this hotel quite interesting to visit
