This hotel is wrong on so many levels. Well what do you expect from a hotel who plays dangdut koplo kind of music loudly during breakfast? With so many people staying over new year, only 2 out of 5 lifts were operational, creating a very long queue for people going to ground floor and vice versa during breakfast and check out. Room is very old and direly requires renovation. Carpets were stained, towels were stained, pillows were stained, water was brownish in color and smells like iron.

First impression, when d at the reception desk ... this hotel is very poorly maintained, the reception desk is very dusty. I stayed 2 nights. In the suite and deluxe rooms, because you want the connecting door. The suite rooms are very spacious. But unfortunately the rooms are not maintained, and are very old fashion. The room is very dusty, the sheets are not so clean, the curtains are very dusty, the table and cupboards are also very dusty. The suite bathroom is still fairly clean and bright. But the other bathroom lights are dim, and all the water can't turn off perfectly. So during my stay the water kept dripping. The deluxe bathroom is very poorly maintained, many of which are rusty. And the windows are not soundproof from the outside. So throughout the night the sound of the street was very heard to the room. Too bad .. even though several years ago I stayed the hotel was very well maintained.
