sorry for this rate, i can't give this hotel 5 stars bcs i don't really like this hotel. Honestly, the buildingis good, the lobby look so expensive and I believe this a good hotel. But, when I go to my room I'm very disappointed bcs first the key is so difficult to open, second THERE'S A COCKROACHES and the smell is so bad the room is spooky the lamp not so shine. When i call the receptionist to clean my room there's no one came to my room, I was call them times and times. And finally I request to move to the another room bcs I DON'T WANT SLEEP WITH A COCKROACHES. and I just want to say, pls clean the room after people check out, make sure the room is clean
