Walked into the dealer in the morning, Left in the afternoon with a 2016 Subaru WRX STi. Bryan my sales consultant was a pleasure to work with, he answered all my questions and made sure I had the best purchase experience. Shawn, the general manager helped me understand all the financial details and treated me well. I had a very pleasant experience here at Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville. They had one of the few rare Subaru STi's in the Hyper Blue limited series. They kept in touch with me after my purchase to assure I was satisfied with my purchase. Friendly and efficient service. Worked with Roland who was terrific! Quickly got all the documents I needed sorted, prepped the car with registration and plates, and spent time showing me around my new vehicle! (Learned small things you would never think of which was very helpful). Would absolutely recommend to a friend, even if from the city and have to venture out to Long island.

I ve been wanting to get a car for the longest, but was worried about the cost. Fortunately, Matt Pisciotta was able to get me a price that was reasonable and I drove out of there with a new crosstrek! Matt was patient, professional and super helpful. His friendly demeanor is definitely why my boyfriend and I wanted to work with him. I highly recommend him and will continue doing business with Matt in the future.

This dealership is the best Subaru dealership that I've visited. The salesperson offered us for test driving a few minutes after we entered the store. It was the first time we were offered for the test driving out of 4 dealerships. I bought the car from this dealership after the test driving. Roy was the salesperson who we met. He is very nice and knows what he is doing. We actually recommended him to my relative, and she bought the brand new Crosstrek from Roy.
Granprix offers one year free oil change, and free state inspection with purchasing a new car.
Very satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely go back to Roy/Grandprix for my next car!

I had a great experience last Saturday with Grandprix Subaru dealer. MR. Gong who scheduled my appointment gave us Joseph Iucci as our Salesman. My son and I went to Subaru just to shop for my next car, not intending to get one yet. But after the test drive of Subaru Outback, the salesman who is so knowledgeable of the product and his patience to work with us - I left driving the new Subaru Outback! It makes a big difference when you have a good salesman, who explained the details and understand the customer. Great job and yes, I will be promoting Subaru. Thank you again.

My experience from beginning to end was excellent. Yianni M. was extremely patient and was very informative on all the vehicles we were interested in. Once we made up our mind on the vehicle he spent time showing me the vehicle's features and options available. I ended up purchasing the Forester on the same day. Yianni was a great salesman and not pressurizing at all. Made us feel comfortable in buying our first vehicle. This was a very positive experience from beginning to end.

This was my first sales experience all the way from California. I am very disappointed in the fact that there was no room for negotiations and the fact that the general manager was not willing to negotiate shipping to California at all. I paid full price for the vehicle, they were not willing to give anything extra or drop the price at all. interest-rate was high but my wife loved the vehicle so much that I ended up purchasing it. Sales rep and finance person were great BUT I WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. It's just sad that a company of this magnitude where not willing to give back a little for shipping being the fact that they didn't give at all on the price. If they were a little more accommodating we were also looking for another car for your teenager that just got her license. So sad but this is my review.

If I could give ten stars, I would! I just bought a Subaru Legacy and not only do I love it, but I had an extremely easy car buying experience with my salesman, Joe Kinder. He was extremely knowledgable, patient, and friendly. What I liked most was the feeling that they genuinely cared about me and what I wanted, not just the sale. Everyone was very accommodating and kind. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend anyone to Joe Kinder and this dealership.

Both the Sales and finance group at Grand Prix Subaru are outstanding. We worked with Joe Iucci. We literally just walked in and Joe was so helpful in helping us get our new Impreza 2018. He was very patient and answered all our questions. He was willing to listen about any issues as far as trading in our car and buying the new car. I walked into Grand Prix when it was very busy and even though I had an appointment I said to myself...self this is going to be a nightmare. I was not there 10 mins and I was seen by Frank who right off the bat put me at ease. I did have my eye on a particular pre-owned car (2013 Nissan Juke) which Frank took me out for a nice test drive and explained to me the features of the car.
Upon arrival back at the dealership I expressed my satisfaction with the car and Frank started the process of good ole haggling with me and we came to a price that was agreeable for both of us. The sales manager Ted that was a part of the haggling came over, sat down and talked with me for a while further putting me at ease.
We then moved on to the financial aspect and I got a really good rate working with Alice who took the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answering any questions I had. Between all 3 wonderful people, I was accommodated in ways I did not even think possible and I drove out of there a very happy (first time owner I might add) camper with the car that I wanted.
Even though it was a pre-owned car, at no time was I rushed or passed over. I truly felt as if I was blessed with Frank, Ted and Alice taking care of me and being so professional, patient and accommodating. Thanks again Grand Prix Nissan and GOD Bless!

I had a pleasant experience working with Steve Gio...

I had a pleasant experience working with Steve Giordano to find a Crosstrek. I had to wait a little (understandably since everyone was coming in for Labor Day specials), but once he was available, Steve was able to get me test driving within a few minutes. Steve was super knowledgable and able to answer questions about the car and Subaru in general during the test drive, and he was able to match my sense of humor (which, trust me, helps with the car buying process!).
When we were going back and forth on financing and leasing options and pricing, Steve had the patience of a saint and worked with the finance manager to also work with us, and in the end we all walked away happy! He also drove the actual car that I picked over to the dealership so I could look at my new sweet ride before I left. The finance manager, Wayne, was also super nice when explaining things and struck up conversation that made it feel like everyone who worked at Grand Prix were like family.
Steve was super communicative over email when I had questions before I signed the final paperwork and picked up the car.
I went to pick up the car the next day, and Steve went over the final numbers, required signature docs, and helped find something that was missing from the car before I drove it off the lot!
I'll definitely be referring friends who are looking for a car!

This was my first Subaru lease, but fourth car lease overall. Brian Amante, my salesperson, was the best during my purchase decision making and when I went to pick up my new car. I am employed in an industry where exceptional customer service is paramount and that is exactly what Brian delivered. He was phenomenal and so informative when he went over every feature of my new Cross Trek with me. Similarly, Chris Trimarchi in the service department gets 5 stars as well! He went over the recommended service schedule and the process for scheduling service in detail. I am very impressed with all the time Brian and Chris spent with me and their professionalism , making my experience exceptional! Thank you Grand Prix Subaru!

Walked in without any appointment and got out with brand new SuBaru Outback~!! As soon as my husband and I walked in, we we're greeted by the receptionist and within a minute, we had sales person named Joe Iucci showing us the Two cArs we were interested in, which are Outback and Forrester. Joe explained and answered our questions in detail and he was very courteous and very informative and was able to address all our concerns and questions. We already had our mind set toward Outback before we walked in, so we decided on Outback after test driving both cars and we got 2017 Outback with 0% interest rate and no money down at signing with very reasonably price (since the new 2018 Outback was available and they wanted to get rid of the older, 2017 models). Joe helped us get the price down with ease and we were approved for the zero percent financing in timely manner and we drove out with our new car! It's been few weeks since, and so far we are very satisfied with the car and have been recommending Subaru Outback to friends and family and will definitely recommend Joe and Grand Prix Subaru if anyone wants to buy or lease a Subaru vehicle. Highly highly recommended!!

This is the first review I have ever written in my life just because of Jeanne Zagardo. I walked into Grand Prix Subaru not sure if I wanted to buy a car, but figure I still try and get that great price for a car that will help influence my decision. During this process I can honestly say that my friend and I were not the easiest people to deal with, as you shouldn't be when buying a car. Jeanne was extremely patient, and helped get me a great price on the car. She must have brought back 4 different people, each one giving me a better price (expected) I went back and took the 2017 Legacy Limited for a test drive. I decided to sign papers.....and don't regret it. Anyway, Knowing that it is a big decision to buy a car, and her having kids around my age (we got into family talk while papers were being printed), she looked at my face and asked if I 100% felt comfortable before I sign the papers. Yes, I know that some, maybe most sales people would do this also, but after you say "no you don't" would they go back and get a better price for you again. I am telling you, I was a big pain in the a** and she still got a price for me that I really felt comfortable with. She was genuinely concerned for me and the deal. I would recommend that if you go to Grand Prix Subaru, or are trying to buy a Subaru, make sure to give Jeanne Zagardo your business.

Jason S. (Salesperson) and Mike K. (Sales Manager) provided me with a high quality leasing experience. My new Impreza is everything I wanted, and Jason was able to find it for me immediately after I described what I was looking for.

There were some bumps in the process, as there can commonly be when shopping for a new car, but none of the issues I faced were the fault of either of these fine gentlemen. In fact, Mike was able to make a potentially deal breaking problem disappear with some good common sense and respect for me, the customer. I'll explain:

I came to Grand Prix looking to lease a new Impreza with my 2015 Impreza as a trade in. My car was in great shape (albeit a little dirty; it's a Subaru), but had an erroneous CarFax report that showed my car was struck on the passenger side and repaired in the past. My car had never been in even a minor accident in almost 4 years.

Because of this report, I was lowballed on my trade value by another dealer. I explained this, and that my car had only ever been serviced at Grand Prix. Mike, Jason, AND the appraiser all agreed that the report was likely bogus, as it was clearly evident that the vehicle had never had any paint work done. Mike even explained that he's seen CarFax mistakes before, and that I may try calling them to clear it up.

This is where common sense and respect for a return customer comes into play. I told Jason and Mike that it didn't make sense for me to walk out without a deal over a CarFax report we both knew was wrong, and perhaps it would make more sense for all involved to pay me properly for my car and have someone else duke it out with CarFax another time.

To my surprise and delight, Mike took a deep breath and agreed with me, came back with a far more acceptable number on my trade in.

Mike was even able to work with me on keeping the price down after some issues with my credit came up, instead of giving up on the deal - and me - when I became frustrated.

Overall, I left with the car I wanted at an affordable price, and feel I got a very fair amount for my trade.

Absolutely satisfied - THANK YOU.

Today I purchased a "2015 Subaru Certified WRX" from Grand Prix Subaru. Two times in the last week, two different Subaru dealers that are far closer to my home than Grand Prix, sold cars out from under me to other people. At first i was PISSED! Then some one very close to me said "The third times the charm", and boy was she right. When i first called Grand Prix I was transferred to "Andre Chandool". I thought "Great another greedy sales guy who will be pushy as heck". and i was wrong. Andre is in the top 5 most professional sales people i have met.
Our conversation started with me throwing out a low ball offer and Andre kept completely cool, mentioning he would speak with his manager. He called back and gave me a very realistic number that didn't make me feel like i was being ripped off. I then made the decision to place a deposit on the car so that it wouldn't be sold during my 2 hour trek from NJ to NY, and guess what! Grand Prix/ Andre Chandool HELD THE CAR and didn't sell it before i got there. The rest of the process was made easy by Andre and the rest of the great staff at Grand Prix. For a better day, go to Andre!!

I felt he should have acknowledge my presence somewhat. He wrote a figure on a piece of paper, gave it to Mike and proceeded to do more "important" things. I will try East Hills instead.

Also a GREAT THANKS to Clinton Declue the Service Manager who is with out a doubt is on top of his Game and runs a Smooth Ship. Everybody has it together there from the Top to the Bottom, All Bases are Covered. Again Always a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I have dealt with other Service Centers Namely Honda and It's Night and Day!!! Ray always takes care of me and makes sure that I am a happy Grand Prix Subaru customer. Ray always follows through and makes sure that everything is perfect for me! The service department at Grand Prix is superior to any other Subaru service department at any other Subaru Dealer on Long Island or Queens. And, when you bring your Subaru to Grand Prix for service, be sure to ask for Ray as your Service Advisor.

Cashier is unpleasant and unhelpful. Getting $800 in repairs, was supposed to get a loaner car, and instead of helping me to get an updated insurance card faxed to get the loaner car, I had a stone faced woman telling me I can't get the car I was promised. The mechanics offered to get the info, but by then, I'm done. I'm not arguing with anyone for anything. I should have given my local mechanic the business. Nasty woman should not be at the front desk of any business.

The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on price. As a first time car buyer this was very helpful. The finance manager Chris took time to make sure I got the best interest rate on my payments and took time to explain different warranty packages to me so i could find one that fit my needs. Tom and Joe were very helpful when it came to trading in my car and find the perfect pre-owned car for me. Tom even helped move all the old stuff from the trade-in into my new Crosstrek. The blizzard just hit and I have to say i did not have any trouble what-so-ever in the snow. The car handled great and I didn't even have to shovel it out, it just went right over the snow. Great place, would recommend it to anyone.

I traveled from Brooklyn, NY to purchase a car at Grand Prix Subaru. I was told by the receptionist that the vehicle was in stock; and after some fumbling around (apparently the car wasn t in the system) it was located, but not inspected - thus unfit for road use.

After finalizing the price and confirming my payment, the manager(?) confirms that there wasn t anything that they could do about getting the vehicle inspected since they d already sent their service staff home for the night, and sent me packing.

Obviously I wasn t expecting a service member to show up and inspect the vehicle, but how about keeping your vehicles inspected? This may or may not be the case, but I can only assume that in an effort to save money, you don t keep car inspections current for cars in your used inventory. If that s the strategy, maybe match your showroom hours with the service center. Also, don t make appointments with someone if you can t actually sell a vehicle.

He also communicated with me in the days leading up to me picking up my car, as well as after to see how everything is going. Ray Voesack helped crunch the numbers to get my monthly payment where it needed to be and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary packages, appreciate the honesty. Finally Vincent Ortolani the sales manager was very nice and took the time to talk to my parents and myself and addressed any concerns we had, the whole team from the top down were all great people. It was a pleasure to deal with Steve Alesi who took care of us as soon as we walked through the door. He was very pleasant/helpful as he toured us with the car (legacy) that we were interested in. He answered all our inquiries and options. And most of all, we had his full attention during the negotiation process to make the deal final and painless. Grand Prix Subaru knows how to treat their customers right. From the first call to the moment I walked out the door, everyone I spoke with took great care of me. They continue to be honest and knowledgeable throughout the car buying process.

I m sure everyone who works there is fantastic, but I especially want to call out Vinny. Vinny knew I had a poor experience at another dealer (not Subaru) and took it upon himself to make sure I drove away in the perfect car for me. He did not force anything or hide a single part of the process from the very first time I spoke to him on the phone, which was a refreshing experience. Based on my experience with Vinny, it s clear that they take their hiring process seriously at Grand Prix Subaru to ensure every employee is honest, personable, and knowledgeable.

I bought a 2016 Forester from here a week ago. It was fun to work with one of the sale consultants, Glenn, who was friendly and helpful. The whole process went smoothly. Also, his fellow consultant, Mateusz helped us in some of the process. I was happy to see them work hard to assist customers.

I must say a great car buying experience. Our salesperson Agata was very attentive to our needs. She treated us like people not just like a sale. She was not in any way pushy and was very knowledgeable of her product.
The dealership as a whole was a comfortable atmosphere, every employee we encountered was polite and genuinely concerned that we were satisfied. Jenna, the sales manager also went above and beyond under difficult circumstances to make us feel right at home.
Kudos to this dealerships culture !

Steve G. was beyond immensely helpful. We did the entire process over the phone over the course of only a single day thanks to Steve and his team's super diligent work and communication. After doing all of the work required to help us pick the car and process the payment in only a few hours, Steve managed to get to the DMV and get everything squared away with registration, and then drove the car all the way out to Brooklyn for us before sundown. It couldn't have been an easier or more stress-free experience. I imagine we'll have this car for a long time, but whenever the time comes to make another car purchase, I hope Steve still works here so we can go through the process again with him. I picked up my new car in the snowstorm on January 7,2017. Jeanne Zagardo was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! She explained all of the new car features to me in the showroom and then took me out to the car to explain them again! She was extremely meticulous in making sure all of the paperwork was correct and answered all of my questions regarding the lease and the car. I drove away in the snow confident that the car would perform as well as my other 3 Subarus, which I leased from your dealership. She even called me the next day to make sure I got home all right in the snow and told me to call her if I had any questions or concerns. Chris Seigel, in the finance department, was equally as great. The service department, particularly Nick, is terrific as well. My entire experience at your dealership is always great.

My husband and I came to Grand Prix Subaru thinking that we were interested in a CrossTrek, but when we saw it in person, we realized it didn't have the truck space our family needed. Fortunately, our salesperson Jamie couldn't have been more helpful. She walked us through the costs and features on a number of different models, and eventually found us a 2011 outback with limited milage that we both loved. Jamie and Jenna also made the purchasing process very smooth. The car was ready to go within days. Jenna got us a good deal on the financing, and Jamie worked directly with our insurance company to handle all the transfer details.

1) The car was sent for service- a simple paint job took just over 4 weeks.

Grand Prix Subaru is the type of dealership that others should strive to be when it comes to buying or leasing a vehicle. From the moment I inquired about leasing a vehicle online, to talking to someone over the phone, to coming in and speaking with a sales associate, The quality of service they give is, hands down, the best! This is the 2nd time we re gotten a car from Grand Prix Subaru and the experience was just as great as the 1st time!

From the moment Joseph Iucci greeted us to the point when we drove our new car off the lot, he made sure that my wife and I were well taken cared of. Joe was very professional and yet down to earth so we always felt we were in good hands with him. His knowledge of the products and the brand made us feel that we would definitely get the right car for our family. We came in looking to lease a Forester and he went into every single detail about the car with us. From the different models/trims to the available packages for each model to the make-up of the car itself, to trying to find the right lease for as so we could walk out of the dealership with the right car, we knew we in good hands.

I purchased a Crossctrek in August and leased an Imprezza today for my daughter. My Crosstrek the sales rep was Elvis with an assist from Sean, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, incredibly patient and a lot of fun, they made the experience one I will remember, which is one of the reasons I returned for the Imprezza, without going to any other dealer. I researched and visited 4 dealers not only did I get the best price, got great incentives, and the wonderful staff mentioned above.
For the Imprezza Agata was my sales rep. All the above and of course only the special attention a woman can offer, no offense guys!!!! She was wonderful especially to my daughter.
Then came Joe Lucci mr. finance, honest, professional, TRULY CONCERNED FOR THE CUSTOMER, personable, straight forward, did I say HONEST!! and a nice guy. He found us the BEST POSSIBLE DEAL FOR MY SITUATION. Thank you.
