Great for rentals for small parties, large outdoor event and even a wedding, like ours.

I had a guitar amp problem and Louis Donlon (repair guy) went out of his way, exploring every option to repair the amp, but in the end it could not be fixed due to a manufacturing defect (and now out of warranty and unable to get it replaced). This was my first experience with cascade sound, and I appreciate Louis's demeanor and care through the experience. Thanks again Louis.

The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce hired Cascade Sound and Stage Lighting for our Distinguished Service Awards Ceremony last weekend, and they were fantastic to work with. They provided a camera man and two large screens to showcase our awards ceremony. We typically have a seated dinner indoor, but due to COVID, had to get creative and do a drive-in ceremony at the Expo Center parking lot. They were instrumental in making this a success!! Due to it being something we haven't done before, we had a couple of glitches with technology, which Brady quickly resolved. Even in bright sunlight, the screens showed up and looked fantastic - it was a game changer for our ceremony. I worked alongside Brady to toggle back and forth between the camera and PowerPoint - he is professional, a calming presence, knows his stuff and pleasant to be around.

You won't find a more capable group of sound and stage guys, I would recommend them to anyone needing installs or rentals

The staff at Cascade Sound is friendly, patient, and very helpful. I had a serious problem with a new power mixer that was not providing volume to a low impedance microphone. No one online was able to pinpoint my problem, but Lance went out of his way to test similar equipment in the showroom to trouble shoot my issue. This process took quite some time, but he did not give up. When all else failed, Lance deduced the problem was the way the combo jack was wired. He suggested a simple adapter that took care of the problem. Most people would have given up after so much time, but Lance stayed with it until the problem was resolved. I'm truly impressed. Praise the Lord!

Cascade Sound set up the A/V system in our brand new church 3 years ago and have supported it ever since. They have been great at listening to our needs and tweaking the system accordingly. Response time has been stellar as well. Thanks Cascade Sound!
