Very nice hotel. A better choice now for me when participating in an exhibition. Room is clean and spacious. Plenty of choices for breakfast. They got live Jazz music at the Plumeria bar, which I feel very cozy.

Strategic place is only limited parking space, especially those parked under the guard are not friendly, I bring 3 people foreigners and stay here, when there is an empty parking lot I parked until detailed, guests from which room number, and not friendly , and when I arrived, I wanted to ask for free parking, I parked near the security guard right after the valet guard, because I thought it was only for 30 minutes, the guard officer was angry, the reception staff was very kind and polite, I begged the manager to fix his staff so that it can work well together. Nearest supermarket is the huge groceries store and 1 convenience store (indomaret) inside the complex.

From parking space to lobby quite far, small pool, clean room, but there is no lock on the bathroom door

Worse experience at the hotel restaurant. Won t come back there again. Please check your promotion properly with the BCA bank. If can t fulfill what is written don t even post it. Also the food is ok but why is buffet limited, if so I can just order individual meals instead of buffet.

A nice and convenience hotel in Central Jakarta. Location is quite far from the city, but easy access from the airport via toll and near by JIEXPO

The hotel is actually a great place to visit. Sophisticated and well designed. The food is great, with lots of varieties. We had, however, problems with the sound system and unfortunately the staff (even the black jacket one) were not so much eagerly helpful as we expected. It is a great place, that would be even great if the staff were more responsive

I stayed 1 night and my room at 16 th floor. The room is huge. From reception, butler and room service, they're so kind. Hopefully I can come another time to enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel
