I quite love the food. The place is huge too and this cozy me. But what I dislike is the access to this place. I have to walk far away from parking lot because I'm using motorcycle and this piss me up

Very happy to stay at your hotel, the room is very comfortable and very clean. The only downside is that the wifi in my room is not very good and I can't connect. Everything else is fine.
Colleagues are also very happy to know a staff member called ingrid. She is a very cute, enthusiastic, kind girl. She has helped me a lot and took care of me. Her appearance made my journey more perfect. I really appreciate her. I hope to have the opportunity to come to Indonesia again and meet her again.

This is my experience stayed 1 night here for business reason,
The good: great big hotel, the wuality material they used is 5 star, but,,
Heres the bad:
1. The water heater keep heating by itself while i'm showering, so my skin almost get burned because of that.,
For a hotel this big this is really unacceptable, really bad experience for the watwr heater,,
2. Not that too much smile for the staff,,
3. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is just normal,

Kinda bad experience especially for the shower

Well,,,my SIM card lost, and they inform about it,,, that is a big big plus for a hotel, i thank you for this,, im bringing back my rating to 5 bcoz of this,, thanks grand mercure kemayoran.
