The hotel is actually a great place to visit. Sophisticated and well designed. The food is great, with lots of varieties. We had, however, problems with the sound system and unfortunately the staff (even the black jacket one) were not so much eagerly helpful as we expected. It is a great place, that would be even great if the staff were more responsive
