Personally I hate this hotel. Parking lot is terrible, all vacant but it is closed for several cars only. So you have to go far at mall parking lot which is connected, but you have to walk far. The praying room is terribly small and only available in certain floor even though a lot of seminar and conference happened in this hotel. Locations of Friday pray also terribly dirty and just in the corner on the parking lot. Why they don t open up the hall just for one hour Friday pray like other hotel did?

The food is good, the elevator is sufficient, the meeting room is adequate

Please often "Check the location on the map sometimes does not match the original location.

Unfortunately the bathroom near the pool has no hot water

The hotel is just beside the highway . U will be able to reach the airport in about 45mins if the traffic on the highway is not very high

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, food has many options and tastes good, staffs are friendly. Nothing to complaint here

I received a pleasant surprise upon check in, when they told me I was their Guest of The Day! The room upgrade was a nice cherry to top off our experience. Friendly & welcoming staff (Mimi who contacted me personally on Whatsapp, Tyo & Dono who looked after my check in procedure), pleasant & new hotel with family-friendly facilities. I requested for baby cots for my nieces and the hotel provided everything that I requested with regards to the rooms. We had lunch & breakfast buffet at the Catappa Restaurant and were spoiled by the immense food & beverage selection, quite reasonably priced either way (IDR 200k nett for breakfast additional persons). The restaurant is so spacious, one can host a function comfortably there. The only thing we didn't experience was the Plumeria Lounge & the swimming pool. Guess it leaves us something to look forward to in the next visit!

The hotel is relatively new. Access to hotel is easy. Very big hotel. Rooms in one floor is until xx40. I spotted 3 elevators to the room. It is like playing a maze, to find the room . Executive room is spacious. The room design/layout is modern and good. It will be better if they add some drawing more decoration in the room and wall. The foods are good. We ordered junior hotdog and mac & cheese for the kids. The breakfast restaurant is great with wide range of food.

Strategic location next to MGK, good service, good hotel, easy taxi search, for hotel guests who want to go to Jexpo is also not far.

The Security Service is not polite ... too tense and stiff

I stayed a few days, I noticed the Bufdet menu variant in the restaurant was rather monotonous, the not bad taste, matcha ice cream and the best chocolate

The place looks elegant and elite, the only minus is the parking sign are lacking so I dont know where the parking for hotel and where the basement is. This place have a great view if you see it from 15+floor especially the night view its beautiful. The only thing I can give critic is about the parking lot sign and entrance

they actually knock on my door 8.00 am sharp and ask to clean my room (it's a good thing compare to other hotel that actually didn't clean my room after 3 pm)
i do recommend you to hang the do not disturb tag on your door if you wish to wake up a bit later

Its a great hotel with super friendly and efficient staff. However, the location is far from idea for business travelers.

The best hotel I've ever stayed so far. The food is plenty, varied and good. The superior rooms are still comfortable, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping service is also very kind and responsive. The sports center is really wide and the tools are quite complete. The swimming pool is spacious, there is a children's pool too. My child is very happy.
