Nice place, nice service, the food so many, so tastefully, overall good. But i didn t try the swimming pool. I ve been here for four days and iam so happy. But i didn t receive the pack of laundry. I need to spend money again, not like in grand mercure harmoni. There is welcome drink, and many things again here. So let visit this place!

The room is OK. The 27th floor meeting room is cool, the city view. Especially at night.

The interior design and exterior are luxurious and neat.

There is no other word besides "perfect". Providing typical 5 star services. The hotel has a spacious and luxurious Lobby, with a very friendly reservation service. They have many rooms with various types. I have the chance to stay in a Deluxe Room for 3 nights. During the stay at this hotel it was clearly very comfortable. Noise levels 0, access from the lobby to each of the 6 units provided lifts. The room has a spacious size with trendy furniture but still elegant. The quality of the mattress and pillows are okay too. Bathroom cleanliness is also flawless. Turning to the restaurant, they present a very varied memu every day (local, western sd oriental). Over all the "taste" is great. Besides resro, there is also a cafe with live music that is also of high quality. The hotel has a ballroom on the top floor so it is very convenient for conducting "meeting" activities. For swimming pools and fitness centers are also available in good condition (quite complete). Over all ... Perfect ...

Come here for office purposes on the 7th floor. First impression, the hallway is like a maze, a bit confusing and far away for toilet access from the meeting room.

The food provided by the restaurant is very diverse and delicious.

One drawback that I remember was the smell of cigarettes when I walked down the hallway. I complained to the cleaning service, he said there was indeed a smoking room. It's also strange that the smell of cigarettes is everywhere.

Over all its been a challenging for d Mercure its self cos of Covid 19,d service was outstanding n so polite.just a little things to be fixed n organized,,calling for few times till late noon i was asked for a coffee n tea station to be filled but its coming so late so i miss my coffee or tea,calling for guest service line around 2 time no one pick d phone,,,during check out time a little bit confusing for me should go down or wait??
So wait for mre than 1hr n half n tke decision to go down by my self...its not a complain just a reminder cos this things shouldnt be happened at all for a service industry...i been staying for mercure n pullman corp or franch or wht ever you guys call it,,its quite long since we are seaman..over all d rest is fantastic like room its clean,service outstanding,polite,food even better love to stay again smeday n i would recomended to all my fam n friends,,,i put a little tip to apreciate d steward or server for their hard working specially during this crisis time pandemic or Covid 19,,,you guys awesome...love it n well done.

The waiter's restaurant is less friendly ... for the food it's ok.

Mercure Kemayoran Hotel has a very good view because the surrounding environment is a bit of a building. Even so this hotel is still easily accessible by public transportation

Its a nice place to stay.. but the service is not as goos as it looks like..

A luxury hotel. The place is clean and comfortable. The walls and floor of the toilet are made of light brown ceramics, the toilet is clean. The hotel restaurant provides a variety of snacks, small pieces of cake and medium ones. Buffet food presentation, and in some spots there are chefs who mix food directly at the customer's request, such as cutting the roasted chicken meat that has been hung. In this restaurant, you can order a table at the restaurant. Enter deeper into the restaurant, you can sit by the window or choose the outdoor feel.

New, but feeling of cleanliness in the room is not good enough. I stayed for 3 nights, but the dust and hair on the floor had accumulated.

This place is very luxurious, including what I really like is the way of speaking politely and not prioritizing appearance. It's okay I like the Grand Mercure Hotel Increase Guard and Friendliness for All People Don't Look from appearance, because appearance is not the main point. The important thing is neat and clean

Here for meeting. The food is good and have wide choices. The facility (praying room, toilet, smoking room) is good and located in on the same floor..

Staying for a few weeks at this hotel what I feel is comfortable, the facilities are okay, the food is sometimes delicious sometimes not, the phone in the bathroom doesn't work, but unfortunately there is no full body glass, only half-body glass in the bathroom is the same as a place to make tea.

It's a luxurious hotel for USD90. Near from Jakarta International Expo and walking distances from Mega Glodok Kemayoran. Got room on the 9th floor, a none smoking spacious room around 22sq meters. Two thumbs up for its cleanliness and warm service from hotel staff. Various food every meal time with a local and western touch. Easy access from Soekarno Hatta airport..just take DAMRI bus to Kemayoran terminus and tell the driver to stop near the hotel.

The hotel is standard with prices and stars not suitable

Went there for two days event on Magnolia Ballroom. This Accor chain hotel is elegant more than usual Mercure Hotel. The air con at Magnolia Ballroom is super cold, we have to keep moving to prevent from freezing. Hotel management are not allowed us to use the elevator to unload the properties, so we have to carry two alummunium shelfs and containers through escalator across the lobby to reach the parking lot.
Need to be more strict to customers who are smoking, because i smell cigarette smoke at the lobby.

Nice hotel, luxury, good food, spacious rooms with transparent bathroom & doors that can't be locked..open access guys .... Recomended

The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. Classic interior and good food. There are various types of food: Chinese, Indian, Korean, Western, Japanese and Indonesian. The tongue is spoiled with various opening and closing menus. Located in a strategic area around PRJ Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

The food is delicious and there are a lot of variations, it's confused which one I want to eat
