Over all its been a challenging for d Mercure its self cos of Covid 19,d service was outstanding n so polite.just a little things to be fixed n organized,,calling for few times till late noon i was asked for a coffee n tea station to be filled but its coming so late so i miss my coffee or tea,calling for guest service line around 2 time no one pick d phone,,,during check out time a little bit confusing for me should go down or wait??
So wait for mre than 1hr n half n tke decision to go down by my self...its not a complain just a reminder cos this things shouldnt be happened at all for a service industry...i been staying for mercure n pullman corp or franch or wht ever you guys call it,,its quite long since we are seaman..over all d rest is fantastic like room its clean,service outstanding,polite,food even better love to stay again smeday n i would recomended to all my fam n friends,,,i put a little tip to apreciate d steward or server for their hard working specially during this crisis time pandemic or Covid 19,,,you guys awesome...love it n well done.
