Went here for company annual meeting. Was great. Clean room, comfy bed, shower was great, amenities were amazing. Except for the food, was like 7/10, many varieties but none was exceptionally good. But overall, a nice stay.

Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran is a complete hotel; strategic location, comfortable room, high speed wifi connection, big conference room, big restaurant area and many more..

Just 1 thing that should be better. I think the employee who welcoming restaurant visitor should be more friendly. They should give a good greeting to all restaurant visitor, don't just do it to some visitor who wear nice clothes. All restaurant visitor is potential customer for you.

New hotel in North Jakarta area - Kemayoran.
The lobby ambiance is very cozy and fancy. The room is fine. Worth the price especially if you have business in north area of Jakarta

Comfortable rooms, eco-friendly themed, speedy and plenty of lifts. Strict room security. Friendly staffs and accommodate vegetarians pretty well.

Great hotel at strategic location. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Breakfast can use an improvement as far as quality and variety goes. Lunch menu offers better quality and selections.

A very nice, luxurious hotel in the city center. Sy, just crossing the hotel lobby towards the second floor, I was very impressed. Maybe one day I want to stay here.

Lobby is very grand, and exude that 5star hotel aura. When you check in be sure to have your welcome drink at the beautiful Plumeria Lounge beside the front desk, and take many photos for your IG feed. We get a Nice spacious room with city view overlooking the main road and many hi-rise apartments tower across. (Room#2005)

Shower time can be a little uncomfortable if you're staying with friends/ colleagues since the bathroom using glass divider with shower curtain.

My kids are enjoying the kiddie pool. They have deeper pool too for adults. For towel you have to ask the gym attendant in front of the gym. Might be better if the hotel put the towels stacked somewhere the pool users can see right away.

Breakfast is superb. Many great & delicious selections ranging from western, chinese, indonesian cuisine surely there's something for everyone.

Great location at Central Jakarta. Easy to reach from airport since it isn't far from airport toll road.

It's located near JIExpo, so this hotel is quite strategic. They have clean and comfy room with a various breakfast. Their ice cream is good. But somehow the staffs are slow respon. Since Accor hotel isn't provide plastic bag anymore, maybe it will be useful if they cange it into paper bag or reusable bag for our laundry or if we want to take out our meal

Everything perfect except the food buffet ... quite far from Western, Japanese or Chinese food ...

The place is good, the price fits the bag, friendly service.

The parking service is lousy .... outside it is ok like the existing facilities at the Grand Mercure
