Went there for two days event on Magnolia Ballroom...

Went there for two days event on Magnolia Ballroom. This Accor chain hotel is elegant more than usual Mercure Hotel. The air con at Magnolia Ballroom is super cold, we have to keep moving to prevent from freezing. Hotel management are not allowed us to use the elevator to unload the properties, so we have to carry two alummunium shelfs and containers through escalator across the lobby to reach the parking lot.
Need to be more strict to customers who are smoking, because i smell cigarette smoke at the lobby.
