Lovely premises in Jakarta city. Good rooms. Tariffs are reasonable. Their room service takes for ever tho'. Their check-ins and check-outs can test your patience. Breakfast is sumptuous. wifi can be very frustrating at times. I'd still stay there considering overall satisfaction in my next visits... adequate value for money

I love this hotel because the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, the food are very delicious.

I also have used Magnolia Ballroom at 5th floor for a conference. The layout of the foyer and the ballroom itself is very big. I have no problem setting up up to 90 booths (IBM TABLES only) at the foyer area. The capacity for the ballroom is 700 people.

I am very grateful to work in such great venue. Definitely will be back this year to held my annual conference.

Hotel very well maintained, with gym, spa and pool. Attentive and friendly staff and spacious and very clean rooms. Definitely a good place to stay in Jakarta. Now I really like it. The breakfast varied and the food too.

Their restaurant is very expensive, hygiene wise is a question mark, Ang Sio seafood had turned sour and was served to us. Even though they said they replace for us with something else, they should charge us the replacement item, but they still charge us the original price of Ang Sio Seafood.

Hotel in the Kemayoran area. Comfortable hotel that is often used for meetings and also weddings. The food is varied, parking is also broad.

Very nice 5-star hotel by Accor group. Excellent rooms and ambience in common areas. Great service and facilities in the hotel. Do checkout the free shuttle to Mall of Indonesia and other places. It's very helpful.

Very clean, neat, n beautiful interior. I deduct 1 star because while the food selection at Catappa cafe was good, sushi didn't feel fresh, and some other food was just so-so. Too bad. Maybe I was expecting too much.

Very nice hotel with massive rooms and bathrooms. Extremely clean, quiet and dark rooms witch made for a excellent nights sleep. Big selection of English channels on tv and fantastically loctaed hotel if you need to be close to JIEXPO.

The facility is very clean and comfortable, as it has only recently opened. There are few restaurants but it is large, so the capacity is enough. The contents can be used so abundantly.

It is unbelievable that a beautiful hotel like this ran out of cooking gas when 2 of our friends ordered fried rice yesterday evening. We had to wait for at least 40 minutes until the cooking gas arrived. The waitress was so sincere when she relayed the message. The service was very good though..

A spacious meeting and lobby room. It's just hard to stop the taxi in front of the hotel, experience.

Bad spot for parking, the hotel is fantastic, but we must long walk to park a car.
