Good hospitality, good facilities, good restaurant, food and taste. Ease transportation and near to Jakarta Expo Internasional, around 10 minutes by car. Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam, Swimming pool, Gym and massage therapy. Clean room and had very helpful receptionist. Good security for all guest.

A comfortable place, but the breakfast is less varied

This hotel truly represents an international class hotel, where large and spacious lobby rooms, room settings in each room are well designed and attractive, as well as elegance, cleanliness and service that should be appreciated, a lot of food menus ranging from Asian, Western, Cake and traditional namely herbal medicine ! and stew, also designed additionally when there is a certain season. Pool and gym are located on the 8th floor, there are bars on the rooftop and karaoke in the basement. Surely there are other facilities ac, valet, parking area with a park around the hotel. Of course the location is quite strategic and easily accessible for taxis, ojol and direct access near the airport toll. Keep a good job! Love it

Lobby area and rooms are good but could be cleaner and service poor for a 5* hotel. Took ages to get through to reception to make an outside call. Breakfast had a good variety however the a la carte menu for dinner wasn t the best quality although filling. We had rib eye steak and a cheeseburger. They had some sort of an office party going on in the restaurant so we were told to move seats even though we were put there by another staff member. There was a buffet dinner available but looked a bit like what we had for breakfast. The room was good but could be cleaner. Curtains were dirty and towels quite small. Remote control for the tv was running out of battery and near the coffee area there was old spilt coffee. The tv quality on most channels was very grainy. Let lobby area is impressive and the pool looked nice (we didn t get a chance to swim)
