Lobby area and rooms are good but could be cleaner...

Lobby area and rooms are good but could be cleaner and service poor for a 5* hotel. Took ages to get through to reception to make an outside call. Breakfast had a good variety however the a la carte menu for dinner wasn t the best quality although filling. We had rib eye steak and a cheeseburger. They had some sort of an office party going on in the restaurant so we were told to move seats even though we were put there by another staff member. There was a buffet dinner available but looked a bit like what we had for breakfast. The room was good but could be cleaner. Curtains were dirty and towels quite small. Remote control for the tv was running out of battery and near the coffee area there was old spilt coffee. The tv quality on most channels was very grainy. Let lobby area is impressive and the pool looked nice (we didn t get a chance to swim)
