Grand Hyatt Dubai Review

The hotel is beautiful and the hotel apartments are spacious but not concerned with the cleanliness of the apartment

Beautiful hotel and good place to have dinner or coffee as there is a big green area also one of the restaurant Awtar with a very delicious lebenees food and live entertainment with belly dancer .

A very special place where the swimming pools for children and is considered a resort and its prices are acceptable compared to others is not only attractive at the reception area, many visitors think because of conferences or weddings and other events
It is worth visiting and living in it. I wish everyone a pleasant and happy holiday

Everything was awesome. The ambiance and the welcoming staffs. MS. JACKIE was so helpful since it was our first time in the hotel. Food was great and of course Cristy, Erwin and Shahadat who was there when we needed something. All hassle free. We must visit again soon.

My name is George Baghdan and I am a resident of Dubai since 2012. My family and I were visiting Grand Hyatt Dubai on the 1st of July until the 3rd. I feel responsible to give feedback on our experience as one of Dubai's good residents ahead of the country reopening to tourists. We understand how important the tourism industry to Dubai's economy and we should all be prepared to welcome visitors soon.
On the last day before our check out my son (2 years old) was swimming with his sisters and his nanny in the indoor pool when he cut his toe due to a sharp stair's edge and his toe kept bleeding and he crying for more than half an hour.
I am surprised to experience such horror with my son and how come a well-known global hotel franchise such as Grand Hyatt does not ensure the health and safety to its visitors and keep pools in good shape and high safety standards.
My family including my son had really bad experience and until now he cant walk properly not because the cut is bleeding or in a severe pain, but because the trauma he has gone through at your premises.
another disscusting matter is how is many people were swimming with non suitable swimming suits , many peoples were swimming with dresses and clothes

It was a nice hotel and best food ,staff was too friendly , i had a suite where it was luxurious experience with family all were happy ,highly recommended and again i would like to thank the Chief fore the taste and variety .

Everything is perfect, tidy and comfortable. The swimming pools outdoor are suitable for different ages, the fitness has a huge window where we can exercice and see the green paths. I just loved it, and will defenetly come back with my family again.

This really is a Grand Hyatt, a place of fine Arts. People come to dine here and enjoy the settings. Pools are elegant and great fun for kids. Only little out the way, take a Taxi or Uber to the nearby Malls.

Best hotel ever their breakfast is a 10/10. The pool is very wide and nice they have a wonderful waterslide
Their rooms are wide and clean and their staff are very friendly their service is the best.

had an iftar dinner buffet at Al Ameera banquet hall. It was a wonderful Iftar and may be one of the best in Dubai.

Market restaurant on the lower floor used to be a favorite of mine. Unfortunately food quality has gone south

Unless you're going to stay at the tourist attractions you want to go to, then the location is not going to be a problem here in Dubai since you're going to have to use taxis wherever you're going to stay. This is why I'm giving this hotel a 5 star for location. For all other things, expect a 5 star hotel service.

Nice big pool with kids dedicated area..
A big spa area with a hot and a cold water jacuzzi..
And a decent gym, well maintained..
If you drink alcohol, a beer and fries is a must @poolside..

Luxurious hotel, easy access to all major roads of Dubai Emirates, next to Sheikh Zayed Road.

Price is reasonable, befitting the comfort it offers. Breakfast spread good. Friendly staff.

Hotel is very nice, very clean, rooms are immaculate and the beds are sooooooo big staff very friendly. Ate at the IZ Indian restaurant last night, and the food was fantastic!!! The service was excellent too Breakfast was brilliant too, lots of selection from croissants to Indian breads and dips and vegetarian dishes. Freshly cooked omletes and egg stations. There is Something for everyone. Just the waitress/waitresses kept giving away tables when another had already seated someone at it, happened a few times.. It was fun to watch but not very good organisation.

Spacious, resort type feel, well done interior forest type garden. The breakfast was excellent.

The lobby filled with houseplants is unique. The restaurant on the first floor is also reasonable and delicious

super luxury rooms, polite and courteous staff, amazing and sumptuous food, connected entrance to the Marina Mall, amazing infinity pool...enough said? Stay and you wont be disappointed.

I really enjoyed staying in Grand Hayatt Dubai, very cosy room, comfortable and relaxing.
I had an executive room but unfortunatelyit didn t have a jacuzzi.
The view on the pool is fantastic.
The pools area are very good and have many small streams on the way..
For the adult and the children there are many pools not just one.. and a playing area next to it..
the children pool have a slide in the middle.
Icecream can be found on the pool side, and that is Baskin Robins Icecream.

Luxurious hotel & has a nice rooms lobby & facilities. But, some of my colleagues suffered from gastric problems due to the food.

Classic decorated rooms. White marble bathroom. Great view of skyline. Very comfortable bed and big screen TV. Big indoor garden with river and fish . Nice pool area.
