I stayed two days at this hotel for work with a large group of American customers. The hotel is located in one of the most exclusive and panoramic places in the entire Lake Como. The structure is immense and cared for down to the smallest detail. You go through the interior frescoed rooms and furnished with antique furniture to the outdoor environments rich in vegetation. Needless to say, the staff is very friendly and super helpful. The beautiful outdoor pool is certainly a gem of the hotel. The attractions and activities that this hotel offers are truly innumerable, so my review should be endless. I only say to you: if you want to experience unique emotions on Lake Como, naturally for the price of a super luxury hotel, then come here !!

Says it offers AC but doesn t. When we asked for AC the manager proceeded to tell us the owner didn t want to turn the AC on and we should have slept with the door open (it s 81 degrees). It s really not worth the price when there are so many other amazing hotels in the area for the same price that are much more accommodating. The pillows and bedding are worse than any hotel I have stayed at, including motel 6s. The breakfast buffet is also very subpar with only two warm options (runny eggs and bacon). This is essentially a 3 star hotel. The only reason I m giving two stars instead of one is because the bar band that plays every night was awesome.

Great restaurant. Food 1st class... very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for a short break.

Our First stop In Italy. Beautiful old Hotel with views that are nothing short of spectacular. Great Breakfast spread. Superb fitness facility as well. We enjoyed the splendor of the Grand Hotel and made it our home base as we toured the lake and its many gorgeous ports.

When the wisteria is in full bloom is the perfect time to have lunch here. A little overpriced but hard to beat the view!

Fabulous location, grand rooms and common areas. Excellent concierge service but room service was difficult to contact due to not picking up on 3 occasions.

We came just to eat at the restaurant. The staff was caring, very nice and nice. We had a beautiful setting to eat and the meal was simply delicious and refined with quality and tasty products. We recommend this restaurant. We do not usually eat at this kind of establishment, but from time to time it does not hurt, the price is still affordable for a restaurant 5 stars. For vegetarians it is possible to feast without problem!

The reception service was excellent, we left the car and had a drink, everything was ok until the next morning

Epitome of a European resort hotel. Nice rooms, great location. A little pricey (at least in high season ) but even if you don t stay there be sure to enjoy the views from the terrace bar.

It enjoys excellent views over the two branches of the lake, but more than a garden it is a path in the park of the visit. The guide is very prepared, and the explanation interesting, but since there is no other guide for foreign tourists, he has to repeat everything every time, and times are doubled

Good breakfast and service in a distinguished room. At night in the large living room, an orchestra wants to entertain with stale music for cruise tourism in a place that pretends to be calm. A mistake.

One of the most beautiful locations in Bellagio, unique and luxurious

Access to the swimming pool 60 per person even if we have lunch there. Overpriced especially for a pool that is not extraordinary and normal service. Very dissuasive

I went to the hotel to ask for information and a clerk answered me rudely by preventing access.

Hotel very well located in the village of BELLAGIO and on the shores of Lake Como. Pool area with views of the lake and the mountains very nice. The park is well developed. The environment is splendid.
On the other hand, for the category of the hotel, we waited more on the attentions in the room (lack of water, sweets) and on the quality and varieties of the products of the breakfast.
The decor should, in my opinion, be reviewed in the bedrooms and living room.
We spent a good time all the same but thanks to the external environment which remains incomparable in particular by big sun.

Equipped with a beautiful garden given the location where it is ... on the Internet I saw the interiors I do not like that style as prices x lunch or dinner unfortunately I can not go very high even if the quality will undoubtedly be high .... see photo

Definitely have afternoon tea there and enjoy the sunset over lake Como. Expensive.
