Incredible service and gorgeous hotel. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste but overall my stay was enjoyable.

Our wedding took place here on May 6, 2017 ... What magic, what memory. No word just love really. Beautiful place, the different spaces we used for our wedding were breathtaking. Exceptional staff and catering. No missteps.
Villa Serbelloni will forever resonate in our heads and hearts as being the Villa by the lake where we kissed here for Eternity with my perfect wife the blogger Eva Senzacqua, together opening an enchanted parenthesis that will never end now never again ...

Passing through Bellagio, I wanted to visit and enjoy a good coffee in this magnificent hotel, very well furnished, clean and well organized, very professional staff, they treated me like a princess. Thanks, keep it up.

Undoubtedly the best hotel on lake Como.Superb location,lovely staff.Only one thing to avoid- don't be late for breakfast. Very strict on clearing off the buffet table. Get that right and the rest is heaven.

I visited the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni for the third time and must say that the service is outstanding, the location a dream for any age group. This year I first visited the apartment of Villa Serbelloni and am also positively surprised, the only criticism is the sofa with sleep function, which is a unreasonable, because it is so uncomfortable and the air conditioning has lost much water! All in all a recommended destination with many attractions and super friendly people

A very pleasant hotel with a very large selection of breakfast buffet and generally delicious food and a beautiful location on the lake (Lake Como). The lobby as well as the buildings and rooms are very well maintained.

Spectacular location and facilities. Service is average. Plenty of geriatric clientele from USA.... and this is the only thing that might be putting off.
Otherwise a truly fantastic place for a weekend gataway.

It is the best place to stay in Bellagio, despite how old the hotel is. There aren t that many options otherwise. The staff are sort of friendly. There is free parking if you rented a car. The pool area is super nice and lots of people take photos of it! It s conveniently located close to the ferries.

One annoying thing was that it s not super private. So many of the ferries go by and take photos of the hotel that it was really disruptive to my vacation.

The staff are not the friendliest. But I guess it s the Italian attitude? Nonetheless, I d stay here again if I were to come back to Bellagio.

Beautifully appointed, Newport (RI) mansion styled resort. Very helpful staff, great location, expansive breakfast. Could use effective A/C or at least fans in the fitness center. Anyway, I highly recommend it.

The molecular cuisine is fantastic. Fabulous the Grand hotel by the lake. All impeccable.

Dinner at Mistral is a once in a lifetime experience. Gorgeous view of Lake Como from the dinning room terrace and all 7 courses were delicious!

They need to improve their offer of pillows, everything else is excellent.

Antique hotel building, everything is well maintained. It is imperative to walk around the building and the hotel. At breakfast I could not take my eyes off the ceiling of the hall
If possible, choose a room with a lake view.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best location on the lake (it's the center) so you can get to anywhere fairly quickly. Lots of shops around and the food is world class.

We had a wonderful stay in the restaurant and for an aperitif on the wonderful terrace. Excellent service and stylish furnishings, a real Grand Hotel.

The magnificent location overlooking Lake Como makes it a charming location. impeccable and friendly service, elegant atmosphere and charm. There are two restaurants, Mistral and the Goletta with menus prepared by the legendary chef Ettore Bocchia. Try the pizza cooked in a special way and the molecular cuisine menu.

Very beautiful hotel with stunning views of Lake Como. Huge windows (that open) with gorgeous views at every angle. Lovely grounds with paths through gardens directly on the lake. Very large rooms with marble bathrooms. Ours had large bathroom with a double sink, bathtub and separate shower. Private dock enables guests to walk right onto boats. Very large pool with a sandy area containing lounge chairs and bar service. Also an indoor pool. Poolside bar and two fabulous restaurants.
The customer service is exquisite. Guests are made to feel warmly welcome and every request is expedited unbelievably fast. We had an issue with our refrigerator and it was taken care of immediately. Every member of staff greets you in a friendly manner. Staff speaks English.
Location is perfect. Shops, restaurants, and ferry dock steps away.
We had a car and there is free onsite parking.
Anyone who desires a dream vacation in Italy should stay here. Spectacular.

It s a bit frumpy but has a nice view. Not worth the price and Hotel wants 30 Euro to charge the Tesla

It was pure relaxation. Yes has its price but I can not expect the maximum with minimalism! Here is no "stinginess is cool mentality" ......

Simply stunning, the elegant and glamorous decor, the pool overlooking the lake are simply sublime, it has a small museum and many photographs of characters that passed through this great hotel like Brad Pitt and the president of the United States JF Kennedy between Many other important actors and characters, we did not stay in this hotel because it is very expensive but I had the great luck that a friend who is a great chef was doing a few gastronomic days and I am able to enter and enjoy such beauty,
