Grand hotel Varna AD Review

The hotel has no way of deserving five stars or even the most beautiful dreams. They certainly had moments of glory, but they've been through for a very long time. It is beautifully placed in very beautiful hair but needs to be arranged. It is quite close to the beach and in the evenings it is quiet. The rooms have one advantage, they are big, the rest ... deplorable, since communism. The rug is bent, the furniture is broken, and the towels and bed linen are "cabbage". Breakfast was spoiled, the wagons disappeared.

The hotel is not at all 5 stars. Max 3. The first 3 days no one gave with the vacuum cleaner on our floor hall. You could make sand castles with the sand gathered. Otherwise, he "parked" the vacuum cleaner for a full day in the hall but nobody used it.

The 2 lifts were super busy for hundreds of tourists in the hotel and spent minutes until the lift came. Good luck as we were standing at the first floors and climbing down the stairs

Food was better when it was worse, but most of the food was not labeled at all. You did not know if it was sour cream / yogurt / or another sauce. You did not know what the cub / soup was eating (than when you tasted it). You did not know what other cooked foods you have. Although many guests have noticed the lack of labels, there has been nothing changed for 7 days as we stayed there. I talked to the reception manager and the restaurant manager about the various problems I've encountered and nothing happened. Not to say that their attitude towards clients is much, well below expectations.

There are 4 restaurants where you can have dinner at dinner only with prior reservation. For this reservation, you had to sit in a queue at the hotel (you came from the beach and sit in the queue) at 11 o'clock the problem was that you often did not find any available places (so you lost 40 minutes in vain). The problem was when you arrived at the restaurant in the evening and saw at least 5 free meals, and you did not understand why the others behind you from the tail had not booked. One evening, at one of the restaurants, there were at least 10 free meals, as our reservation was made a long way from our side (initially we were told that there are no more places).
In conclusion I will never go to Grand Hotel Varna. They have no 5-star conditions and services.

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel, it was all right until the last day when the gentleman at the reception desk kicked us out of the canteen, as you see dear God, we were no longer on the list, and when we said that at least the two- I did not eat it because I had a 12h road trip, and did not want to hear until I paid for it. Especially the food was all included, and they did not get them a soup dish, and the food was dumped The Lebed hotel does not dump those 4 stars. I do not recommend anyone to this hotel !!!

It was great, very good food, friendly and helpful staff, only children's chairs in restaurants were missing. Overall, I recommend it

Average hotel, food also. Large garden - park, shared for 3 hotels. A lot of space for sunbathing, but for this hopeless beach - small and ugly. A good starting point for exploring Varna and the surrounding area.

Hotel recommendable Food very good, rooms cleaned every day, beach nearby and swimming pools by the hotel, a small renovation could be used, but overall it's ok ......

Restaurants ok, ok pool, beach could be better, super ok bar, rooms need to be improved

Large base near the sea. There is a swimming pool. There is a sports hall but in poor condition.

Although it shows 5 * we can give 3.5-max. 4*. It has not been renovated for at least 15 years. The food ok, but it does not excel (5 *). Atmosphere of the '90 type.

Pitiful beach ... full of algae. Bad food. Rooms not far from 4 stars

Currently pending repars & refurbishing. Excellent location and overall complex landscaping, but will see after renovation.

It is a dream place for those who love sea and green space. It was the fifth vacation. Ideal for children with children.

Kadyiyem Hotel Kodiyim is very, very, very smelly, very unpleasant and its services are very inappropriate and I would never recommend it

The room of all embarrassment. The cabinet mirror almost fell. They call the room for 3 adults a room with 2 so strong beds that you can not sleep, and a bed that really is a folded armchair that breaks. Dirty mess and bed ... patch towels. The shuffling was ok ... but not how we expected for the way we paid.

Looks like a "zabroshka." The territory is large, well-groomed, with pools and playgrounds, but the view of the building itself .. Inside was not

It is not 4 stars. Do not expect lux. Furniture, carpet, air conditioner, all old.Management and beverages with acceptable indulgence.The worse is that we disappeared a car from the parking lot, of course they stole a neighbors our Bulgarian .RUSINE BULGARIA !!!!!! @@@@@

Everything is special, location, conditions, personal, quiet, green spaces, I recommend to all hotel Lebed.

Agglomeration, bad service, drinks under any criticism, laughter, the capacity of the restaurants is far below the hotel's capacity, the staff is totally out of the question, in no case 5 stars!

Place is under renovation. We hope to be completed next year.

A complex I recommend to anyone who wants a vacation.

It was exceptional! Excellent food, beautiful and comfortable rooms, many swimming pools, a very large park, children's playground, clean beach and stunning shows!

Nice hotel, but the all inclusive food was a litle bit boring. Clean rooms, but everywhere was a slight smell, like mold. I gave 4 star for the beach, the outside garden, and the exterior pools! It was a nuce experience after all!

The hotel is generally quite tired. If something is broken or broken, it remains so. Stained sheets etc. Pros is nice service and a full neighborhood. Nice beach and warm sea. A lot of attractions so time flies quickly. Eating a lot, taste - depends what. Generally, you can visit ;-)

Soviet-style hospitality ... plenty of Eastern European food and abundance. Also local alcohol free of charge. Food in a weak pool ..
There are many pools and this is a focal point for children.

The garden is big and beautiful, the food is cruel, not bad conditions in the restaurant are unfriendly, you can't leave the table, then the food is cleared away immediately. Personal documents were thrown away. We have never seen anything like this before. We would not recommend the hotel to anyone

Hotel highly overrated !!! It deserves three stars at most, old but partially refurbished building, reception, hall and dining room OK, rooms and corridors on the floors heavily worn out, very old windows and doors, poor bathrooms, a nice neighborhood good pool facilities and close to the beach, many attractions for children, kids club food poor four in four themed restaurants the same food as in the main restaurant, service by grace and not very nice!
Hotel for not very demanding guests !!! Overall Rating 3+.

The place is nice and the food was great. Staff is very friendly.

Maxim 3 *. Not varied, poor quality food. Unobserved rooms, unqualified staff. Swimming pool OK, programs, shows every night

A placid place ... quiet ... charming landscape ... food buuunaaaa ... employees of note 10.

An old hotel with old Eastern block charm. A bit old, but clean and the food is OK. The awarded 5 stars I would not forgive, a maximum of 2-3. During my visit here was missing the handle on the bathtub, only the brackets with sharp edges were present. The handle of the door should be used carefully, otherwise you have it in your hand, which happened to me several times. In the hallways, the curtains are partly torn down half-way, in the free-access toilets, some of the pools are clogged, towel paper is not filled and warm-air hand dryers do not work. At 5 stars, I expect defects to be repaired promptly, but here in the hotel, it does not seem to interest either the hotel operator or the staff.

The hotel is the most beautiful hotel.It must be done in the green area.The pools are nice in the green area.The restaurants are nice.The employees are very good.Kokteyler great.It seems a little blurred but it is considered good compared to your Black Sea.The parking lot close to the market is great. You may want to go one more time.Varnaya and Golden Beach are 10 minutes driving distance.

Dung stable, I can not say more. Holes in the sheets, mold in the bathroom. Bad almost cold greasy food. Overcharged unfriendly staff. Many Russians in the hotel, so very loud.

I like the swimming pool, food, sea animation. I did not like that I had to wait on the first day 8 hours for the band to the hotel where everyone received immediately upon arrival and could use even without check-in and that from 7 am in the hotel we were given a room with an hour delay of only 15.

Good for the kids but it needs to be modernized and the food is terrible

Rooms are not clean, they smell bad. Old furniture, old blankets, old pillows, etc.

30 leva for a day in the pool, including lanch and bar.
