Wast the greatest 30 years ago declined over the years food is terrible

What a hotel. From the outside it looks like the typical prefabricated building. The front desk and the huge hallways and the lobby somehow have something of the Overlook Hotel. The first room was really an impertinence, but after a short reclamation there was a new room and that was great. Shower with enough pressure, mattress was really good; you could sleep very well. Otherwise, the hotel, except for its appearance, but you were used to after two days, very good. The food, even if others see it differently, varied and there is something for everyone. The seagulls are of course a problem. You have to look with humor, because what should the hotel do against the animals? Pool, bar, beach, everything was great. There is something to eat everywhere. A few meters away is a shopping street with the typical shirt and sunglasses stalls, pharmacy and a small supermarket. A little further down the shopping street there is still a huge supermarket! Prices for perfume, cigarettes and alcohol are cheaper in the kiosk than at Duty Free!

Easy & fast access from the airport.Very quick check in, spacious rooms with balconies and good variety of food. Fantastic green park and pool areas! Team is very friendly and makes you feel really welcomed!

Very OK!! I was 2 years old! It is ideal for families with children! You have everything you want there, and for the little ones it's super ok! Unfortunately in the first year they had some more trained animators but it was ok and so!

Extremely good, everything was level, cleanliness was made daily, tasty food, 24-hour lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar with various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
I recommend this hotel.

They are not professionals. They are not respecting their agreements with the Tour-operators

Horror is a hotel base old now is a wake in repair but a horror

Unfriendly staff, terrible food and terrible room. I was on a business trip and could not even send emails because the internet was too bad. Reason: "There are currently too many visitors online". By no means would I go here a second time! Of 5 stars, this hotel is far away, as can be seen from the following photos.

The iconic hotel for over 40 years now. Always modern, up to date with any services offered and an outstanding service on its own. Always a great choice for a family summer resort.

Teenager's party place is another resort = Golden Sands

Plus-food, territory, location. Minus the lack of a mineral pool, cosmetic procedures.

The beach at sea is under all criticism - a huge amount of concrete has been poured out to become nothing. The sea in these concrete enclosures is dirty with nothing-algae, empty cups and bottles, nylons ... Very pathetic sight ...

I can only recommend this hotel.

Hotel Lebed 4 stars - an excellent location, offers more than you pay. A place where tourists feel pleased, a place with positive energies.

A hotel straight from the Polish People's Republic. Apparently he has 5 * but with us more than 3.5 * would not get. Although as for the Bulgarian conditions, OK.

1. The bathroom's condition was kind of poor.
- The bathroom had no ventilation
- No soap or shampoo were provided
- The lack of ventilation had caused all metal parts in the bathroom to start catching rust
2. The room's air-conditioning only blew cold air.
3. The beach was crawling with flocks of little biting mosquitoes that were impossible to stand.

Other than that everything else was OK.
1. The room was clean and tidy
2. The food was good
3. And there was a bar inside the hotel that worked 24 hours

The best hotel. We go there every year. Everything is perfect

It does not seem to work right in the middle of the summer. Strange!

The most i like the pools, the garden and the beach. the room carpet is not clea and the doors are very old.

Super excellent the hotel! I recommend it very much

You enter the resort and there is no sign for your complex. But ... then everything is great. I am most glad that my children feel super joyful.
P.S .: Staff is not trained to smile! They are very polite and responsive, but the staff of an organization is faced with marketing strategies for customer satisfaction. It is not difficult, it is about a little grinding of the motivational element in their daily duties.

Very old hotel, with old furniture... Definitely not my vision of 5-star hotel. Overall it was ok, but I won't be staying there second time. The buffet was ok. Not too excited about it though. The room wasn't comfortable. Not like it was dirty, but the old carpet was pathetic... The mirror was old and sad... Rusty and old fashioned. Almost no updates since 80s. 5 star hotel!? I don't think so.

All inclusive, greenery, relaxation, swimming pool, beach.

Somewhat communist - the need for a new renovation is imminent. You can only feel good if you are very, very forgiving.

I like everything beside bathrooms and light at rooms

Waited for a delayed flight 1 night. Numbers of norms. The food in our 4 * in Golden Sands was better!

Is beautiful. The mattress should be changed, it's terrible, some slippers should be added.
Otherwise it is ok and beautiful.

The oldest spa hotel is Kk Konstantin i Elena. It is currently under repair.

The food is pretty good, but the sweets are a bit weak. Nice area, pretty green, but the beach just sucks. Firstly, it is small, and secondly it is not cleaned well. Thirdly, there are few garbage containers and in the fourth in the zone where the sand is, all the sun loungers are always occupied, and the area where you could still arrange guests - sun loungers and umbrellas are paid. In the fifth, after dinner the sea is dirty with algae and sometimes even garbage. The room is cleaned badly and noticeably that it is time to do repairs. But the best and the best thing that deserves great praise is the staff. They are very friendly and really try to help with any of your questions. I did not see such attention even in Turkey. (Maybe because they are Slavs too.)

local rating this hotel has a 5* but in western standards it should be 3.5*. Everything is ok but not for Western European five star rating. Nice place for short holidays with fine pools, bars, restaurants and Black Sea beaches.

I can't imagine what else could be desired! Everything is perfect, just because we are not able to jump into what we want to go and see in the hotel. Food is great, very weighty, and no matter where you go everywhere you work with a layer, even on the beach. Employees are pleasant, not all speak English. And the photos of this hostel on the Internet are not nearly as real! This is the perfect place for the highest level. Thoughtful kek each zingsnelis from smallest to oldest

Nice place to spend the summer vacations, but it has lost the shine of its past.

Wood carpets, carpets on the hallways and in the rooms are 50 years old and need to be changed. The hotel can have a maximum of 3 stars not 5 as it is framed. The food is not varied and is repeated over 2 days so I do not recommend All inclusive. Lunch is tightening at 14 o'clock. We arrived at 14:03 and the doors were closed. The facilities are however rated 9. Per total a maximum score 7
