Grand hotel Varna AD Reviews

The hotel's large pool is empty. Apparently he didn't work this summer. The other pools in the park were working. Everything was OK there. The lawn was maintained, it was clean everywhere, there were plenty of people around the pools. I was impressed by the children's complex - so many facilities assembled in one place for the first time. The hotel itself seemed neglected. I don't know when it was last refurbished, but it clearly needs renovation again.

More than 2 stars did not deserve this hotel! Rarely experienced such poor service ... cleaning, food and Co. were not better

The food is terrible. The service also. Everything is like a conveyor and has no personal attitude to the client

I've been here three times. The rooms are large but old and nerenovate 2-star camd. 4-star food. 4-star camd pool services. The good phase as you were at this hotel and you had free access to all 5 hotels in the resort including the beach bar swimming pools restaurants beach playground etc ... at all ... and you have what it does.

for a successful holiday it is worth having a lot of facilities

No reviews on the hotel but the pay access to the day gives right to the beach, the sauna and the beautiful pool with lunch and drinks at will.

The location is great especially for families with children.Many green space, very friendly staff, ok room, clean, good food .... We will come back with love and next years!

Good hotel, need some renovating but overall is a nice place. The food on other hand was terrible and thus the three stars of the review.

It used to be a fine location. Unfortunately, during past year, I observed a decrease of services' quality. Perhaps the personnel is not enough. The problems appears to be more obvious regarding food quality and quantity. What a shame, it used to be one of my favourites places in Bulgaria. No longer now...

The visit was on the football field .. I am pleased with the pavement, the nets, the big parking and the stands around the terrain

I loved it was fabulous I went to compete and not only the hotel was excellent but the quality of people who live there

Hotel of five Bulgarian stars equivalent to three Romanian stars

great hotel, large and spacious rooms, cleanly. 5 ala carte restaurants where you can eat. very close to the sea. every day some attractions: water polo, water aerobics, darts, lots of attractions for children.

Accommodation in an old building, unrenovated, but with impeccable bathrooms, special relaxation areas, the complex is in a special park, close to the beach, with bar, but small enough for the peak period, impeccable fitness room, table from the weak morning, the famous pancakes disappeared, at lunch and in the evening they eat well, but deficits in terms of dessert, good value for money, a place worth returning for for short stays.

5 stars may be a bit exaggerated, but all in all it's ok. Food good, rooms nothing to themselves, great location. According to me, strong 4 stars for the local standards.
