There's something magical about any show at the Granada. This theater's classic styling and red-carpet feel add something grand to any event. It's much like The Majestic in many ways, and conveniently located on Greenville Avenue. Bounce next door to Snuffer's next door for food to make your experience complete.

Event was great. Artist showcased their talents and love for their musical crafts and skills. Fans came out for a evening/night of fun and to celebrate hip-hop Dallas and got just that! Drinks are served at the bar for those that are over 21. Reasonable price for libations. Parking was easy and location of venue is perfect. It's near a few restaurants as well as Bar's and Grills.

Man what can I say other than a historical landmark that serves as one of Dallas' greatest, intimate venues to catch a great live music show. Never a disappointment to catch a good show at a small gem such as this.

Saw a Bob Mould concert here. This is a great place to see love music.

What I like the most is that there are tiers to the main floor so everyone gets a good view. I don't think that there is a bad spot in the place. There are chairs and tables to the sides of you don't want to stand.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful. There are multiple bars in the place so you can get a drink very easily.

Pro tip:. The artist was in back of the theater signing stuff and meeting people after the show. Take the sidewalk to the back parking lot and they might come out after the show.

I work alot around town running shows. Also a huge fan of great venues.

Great for shows. But most of all the bar staff and stage crew were rude.
I was amazed to see that directly after a show ending at 11 ish pm they rushed everyone out and were adamant about it!.
Why would you push a large crowd out instead of staying open till at least 1 and increase bar sales and revenue?
Very interested that a beautiful venue would nt cater to the thriving dallas scene and make alot more money by staying open afterwards longer and create a great place with alot of history to be a great late night hangout.
Would nt recommend outside of the music.

Sound engineer was great that night.
Saw -Tennis- this night

Great venue to see artists up close. The services and amenities are below newer/larger venues but it's old movie theater vibe and small size makes it one of my favorite places to see a concert.

I went there to see Monte Montgomery. It was ok. The space doesn't lend itself very well to live performance acoustcally imho. It needs more soft surfaces to cut down the short echo. The lobby was nice but the concert space was a bit run down. 3 stars for a Meh experience.

I'f you haven't been, you are missing out on some great times, right here in the Dallas area. Lower Greenville is full of good food, good music, good people and very diverse culture. The Granada is no exception!!

Oh, if these walls could talk.

Oh, if these walls could talk.

Definitely a great place to catch a live concert. I loved the sound and proximity to the stage.

I ve been going to the Granada off/on since I was 15 (so like twelve years.) I haven t really lived in DFW for a while so I was taken aback at a few changes upon my last visit. The theatre itself is great and rife with a lot of previous emo kid memories but they ve REALLY upped their prices in the past few years. I paid $40 for a lone star and two vodka sodas three nights ago and I m still in a bitter mood about it. The door dudes were super friendly, the bartenders were incredibly rude. (Isn t it usually the other way around? Door guys don t rely on tips.)

The artwork they renovated with is lovely, the lights are always mesmerizing, but the memes projected onto the walls during intermission are trying way too hard to appeal to millennial culture. I felt more secondhand humiliation watching Dwight memes displayed in a loop at a show than I do when my mom throws in that No pricetag? It must be free! line to the cashier. If I wanted to drink without even getting drunk and look at memes, I could have stayed home and saved a little bit of money.

South Side Ballroom/the loft/trees/dada are exponentially better imo and I always end up groaning when I find out that bands I like went with this venue just because that means spending $100 more than I would at any other place as well as overhearing at least two teenaged girls bragging to their friends about how their dads have played there like a million times while in line.

This is one of my favorite venue in Dallas. The sound has been perfect the 2 shows that I have been to and as an old theater it has great acoustics. The people that work there aren't in your face and they just sort of do what they're there to do. I go there when and acoustic natured show comes into town that I want to see.

Granada Theater on Greenville in Dallas is hands-down the best small-to-medium-sized live music venue in Dallas. Shows often sell out. Be sure to check out Sundown which is next door to Granada.

Excellent venue for concerts. Good prices and reasonable parking fees on event nights. The sundown is an attached restaurant bar with delicious fare and a quiet atmosphere. Lots of nice places to hang out before and after the show within walking distance.

The security was a bunch of Nazis with their stay in between the lines, and frowning upon having a good time. The crowd that came out should have stayed in their safe place, as I m sure they went home and cried to their mommy and daddy about how it was invaded. However, the band that played is awesome, but I highly recommend that they never play at this venue ever again. Just sayin .

A great music venue. You have to stand on the main floor but since this is an old theater, the floor steps down as you approach the stage so shorter people can always find a spot with good visibility. There are long bars positioned in the floor to keep people in the back from crushing those in the front and the bars double as narrow tables for your drinks. Speaking of bars, there is a liquor bar on the main floor and one in the lobby as well. Cash or card.

Attached restaurant Sundown Cafe is very good with patio and roof seating. Great place for dinner before a show at the Granada.

Great experience! For shows at 9 they don't open doors til 8, but their awesome restaurant next door was delightful w good service before the show. I saw Chicago tribute band- Windy City there t hy en Desperado, Eagles tribute band: both were phenomenal!! They'll both be back, and I'll be there every time! The Light show was incredible; the talent like none other!!! Check them out on Facebook!!

Great place to catch a live show, most likely my favorite venue in Dallas due to its size. Not tiny like some clubs in Deep Elem, not huge like the Bomb Factory. Staff is always friendly too!

Great rooftop patio with views of Greenville Ave action and good sunset watching! They often have live music or movies playing. Nice little date location or gathering place for a small group of friends.

We had a corporate event here and absolutely loved the venue. The DJ was great, the sound system was excellent, and the staff was exemplary. Clean bathrooms, strong drinks and a very inviting and intimate atmosphere. Valet parking is a must, as there is minimal parking in the neighborhood. Wonderful place. Highly recommended.

Had a pleasant experience here. Had brunch here with my friends on my birthday. Easy to locate. Heated patio. Drinks were a little pricey for brunch which is why I only gave 4 stars. Split a burger and a grilled cheese with a gf and the sweet potato fries were everything I was expecting. Dessert was a bread pudding that had been charcoaled with homemade whipped cream on the side of a dark chocolate cherry ice cream. Only complaint was the bread pudding crunchy outside didn't swoon me. I like my bread pudding super moist all over. Definitely would recommend and return!
