Lupe Fiasco was the last show that I saw here and it was AWESOME!!! The venue is still awesome all these years later, being able to get that close to the stage for such a good artist was insane!!! Check out the calendar online and book your tickets, you will not be disappointed!

SIMPLY WONDERFUL! The acoustics are great, it being an old theatre. La Dispute was amazing. I had the time of my life. Will definitely be back for another concert.
Yes, you stand.its great! Small personal venue.

Always love this venue for club tours! Watching from the balcony allows plenty of space to dance and clearly see the bands without having to find that sliver of view between the shoulders of your fellow attendees. Restrooms and bars in balcony and on the the floor. Bar tabs are bar specific. Great rooftop patio. Staff is wonderful - professional, logistically aware and problem resolving.

Biggest drawback is parking. There is a SMALL, inexpensive ($8) lot behind the theater. When it fills up, good luck. Wear those gorgeous heels with caution! There are slopes, gravel and broken sidewalks to contend with. Loses a for parking.

Building flow: the only (non-emergency) exit from the theater lobby is past the women's restroom. The long line has to compete with the mass exit and sometimes a merch table. The concert merch tables are generally set up on the opposite side of the lobby by the men's restroom and don't have to compete for floor space. Tip: the balcony restrooms rarely have lines and are gloriously air-conditioned.

I came to see Rainbow Kitten Surprise on 5/18 and the acoustics were awful. Even with the best "seat" in the house you could not understand a word the musicians were saying. I am surprised people keep buying tickets for shows here. There is standing room only. All in all this was a pretty crappy experience.

I love the Granada Theater for concerts because for General Admission you can easily arrive a bit early and get up close to the stage! If you order one of their 24oz beers in a can, get a special Granada can koozy for just $3 more! The staff is very friendly and the theater is nostalgic. It is also located close to various other establishments, should you wish to eat before/after a show or head somewhere else for a few drinks. Look for special deals for shows at the Granada Theater on Groupon, too!

Really cool venue. Show was relatively small (1000 cap), which was nice. But at the same time, the people that were there were jam packed in the standing area. Drinks weren't too expensive and the sound was good.

Went and saw "The Devil Makes Three" with my husband. The theater was perfect for the show and the staff was amazing. The bar wasnt expensive at all compared to other places too. Definitely want to go back.

This was my second time coming to an event at this theater and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This theater is somewhat small and intimate, has very good sound quality, and makes you feel like you re right there at the stage. The bathrooms were very clean and I really liked the positive messages they have on the mirrors. There is a small parking lot in the back, and for the event I attended we did not have to pay but I heard that it varies depending on who s hosting the event.

I absolutely love this venue. I go multiple times a year. Shoot, last year I went like 7 Times, the most I've ever been to any music venue. This year I have went 4 times and I'm looking forward to two more concerts in the future. I just wish this place was bicycle friendly.

I went for the Primadonna show to see the sitar player. It is standing room only in the general admission. Stage is really close so you can definitely get a great view. They serve drinks and parking is a little tight and not easily accessible.

We recently went to the cash and maverick baker show. We paid 30$ extra for the vip ticket to meet them after the show. We ended up leaving though because it was so unorganized. No one knew where we were supposed to do the meet and greet and everyone was pushing and trying to fight to be first in line. They told us to go up stairs into this small section that everyone couldnt possibly fit in and the boys werent even up there. After being pushed and jossled for about 15 minutes with no sighns of cash or maverick and tge boys parents and uncle were clueless as well we decided to leave. My daughter saw later on social media that they did end up doing the meet in greet but down stairs and not where we were told to go.

As far as the Dallas Music scene goes, the Granada is the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be. So much of the music that soundtracked my youth was performed live here. And, it's where I met (and re-met) some of the people I call my best friends, 10 years later.

Intimate venue, very cool atmosphere and in a great location. Had a much better sound system than I would expect in a place so small, and the bathrooms were spotless which is always a plus. Would definitely return for another show.

My boyfriend and I came here to see Lewis Capaldi on tour and this place is so intimate. There isn't a bad spot to stand because this location is so small you're basically on stage with the artist! Okay, it's not that small, but you get the idea.

The staff was quick to scan our tickets and everything is orderly. Depending on the artist and the night, you will be standing in a line that wraps around into the parking lot of the resturant next door. But again they were quick to get us inside once the doors opened.

If there are any shows coming to town held in this location, I wont turn them down!

Saw STRFKR here, good standing room, perfect size for a rocking show. I liked the standing room dividers, kept things a little more organized which isn't something you see at other venues.

9/21 ADAM ANT show, well worth the wait! The guys and gals who were working during this show were nothing less than fantastic! They were attentive to our every need from the moment we walked though the doors before the show, paying special attention to my 4 year old daughter as she attended her first real show (The Fresh Beat Band concert doesn't really count). We all (wife, munchkin', and I) had a great time, and the atmosphere was beyond family friendly. The Granada Theater is awesome, we will be returning for future shows.......

Has probably the best selection of indie bands come through Dallas. Add fantastic social media presence, and customer appreciation and audience participation in all levels. Fantastic work guys.

Really cool venue but if it s a crowded show you have to stand in the aisles and the staff really gets annoying and rude about where you stand. I get you have certain rules to follow but i nearly got punched by another concert goer because I blocked their view and there wasn t anywhere else I could go to stand without getting yelled at by the staff. Maybe next time don t sell so many tickets if you can t fit the concert goers comfortably. I couldn t enjoy the show because i was dodging mad employees or mad guests. Really cool venue but unless I go to see a smaller band I probably won t waste my time going back.

The only reason I come here is if one of my favorite bands is playing. The parking is really bad. The area is not ideal for a music venue. I don't really like that I can't sit anywhere. And the only bathroom that's open seems to have a sewage leak.

Went to the rooftop bar for free movie night. On a regular night, this would be a laid-back, chill place to hang out with friends.

Pros: relax atmosphere on a not-movie night, plenty of seating, open air, cool location.

Cons: The food is not good (we ordered Tex Mex meatballs and spinach dip: meatballs were just regular ones like you could make in your own kitchen with a semi-spicy sauce, and the chips were grocery store tortillas fried in oil. I know because I tried to make them that way once) and honestly overpriced for what it was. No comment on the drink selection because we weren t there for that.
