I can not explain it and absolutely full of emotions

In summer the climate is perfect (very cool), spectacular scenery.

If you love nature and life in the open air you cannot miss a day at least in the park. A paradise on earth; without forgetting the eno-gastronomic aspect

My positive opinion only go to the beautiful scenery that Mother Nature has given instead, many abandoned paths and not managed by the relevant authorities. Such a pity!

I pass it often, it offers a beautiful landscape, spectacular if you want to go sightseeing, avoiding the motorway and the tunnel, passing through the State Road 80, Passo delle Capannelle

Lovely place, in the Campo Imperatore valley, between nature and charm.
At 1600m of altitude, there is this fantastic esplanade, where you can enjoy magnificent views of fantastic landscapes and a fresh air,
A right place for families, motorcyclists, group of friends, holidays and carefree trips.
Along the way you can find refreshments of typical products and km0.
Arrosticini, cured meats and cheeses, with beer and good wine, cheer your fatigue

the least friendly place I've ever visited. apotheosis of cultural backwardness. and naturally I do not speak of the areas subjected to absolute constraint but of the surrounding ones. my dog is certainly cleaner and more polite than many restaurateurs and not only that we have visited. at best they gave us a table in the garage.

Very beautiful places but after the first km of trails on the direct route to the horn Great total absence of shelters and, currently, lack of shelter also in Emperor camp, present a hostel bar run with absolute disorganization and discouraging insufficiency.

Great scenery everywhere, tallest mountain in central Italy at almost 3000m at less than 100 km from the sea. In certain conditions it's possible to go skiing down the mountain and relax by the sea all in the same day.

Wonderful. A frame that has nothing to envy to the Dolomites. Magic places.

The Park was established in 1991 and is the third Italian park by extension. The highway 17 bis rises from Assergi and arrives at Campo Imperatore. From there, excursions and ski slopes start. In winter the road closes depending on the amount of snow at various points. But from Fonte Cerreto part of the cable car that leads to the top of Campo Imperatore.

Always nice to ride the bike in the Park also by train from Pescara to Sulmona with free transport of the vehicle and return as a way. An unforgettable day
