Horrible customer service, I have sent several messages, requesting information for my reservation, that was interrupted due to COVID-19. The flight was cancelled. Since then, I have sent over 6 emails. Even if the flight was not cancelled, the hotel was closed! They sent an email stating they would reach out to me in July. I have sent at least 4 emails. They have never responded. I cannot understand how a hotel could refuse to provide a refund if they are not even operating. This is completely unfair. I have contacted the Leading Hotel Brand Superior Managers and waiting for a response.
