I happen to call Graham regarding a sump pump not working as my patio flooded during a downpour. The weather was such that workers were told not to travel and I totally understood. I spoke with Dean who put me in touch with Mark because he lived close to me. Mark immediately called me back and started to troubleshoot. He said he would be over shortly and ended up arriving within 30 minutes. He resolved the issue and we even talked about preventative measures among other things. The rapid response by Dean and Mark will go a long ways. Thank you.

regularly block our dead end street because they can't park on the correct side of the road. It's not like there isn't space. They are just to lazy to park correctly. One of these days they are going to block an ambulance and someone is going to die because of their attitude.

After years of unsuccessfully fighting with my back yard (I wouldn't call what I was doing gardening!), I gave up. My yard was over-grown and out of control. Angela helped me envision a new plan and her calm, professional manner gave me hope that it could become a usable, pleasant space. Day 1 of the work, Cody and Keith had an obstacle to overcome getting a piece of equipment up into the yard. All three of them coordinated on the best approach and it was clear that they worked well as a team and were super capable and careful. Cody and Keith kept me informed and involved throughout the work, answering all of my questions, making sure that I was happy with the progress. They were cheerful and seemingly tireless. At the conclusion of the work, Angela came back to be sure I was happy and patiently answered more questions. The end result? What used to be an unusable eyesore that made me sad is now a huge, lovely, peaceful space to enjoy with room for the grandchildren to play! I am looking forward to phase 2 of the plan next spring.

Justin and Noah were the two workers we had at our place form 2 and a half days and they did an excellent job. There were very professional, hard working and thorough. They were responsive to requests that we had and even suggested a few things that we hadn't thought of. I would happily have them back to do work again.

We were fortunate enough to have discovered Graham three years ago and had been spoiled by the then-assistant irrigation manager, Paul, who finally left the company for family reasons to move back closer to his aging family back east. We have now worked with Donald three times within the past year, including a new installation project this week in a new area of our yard. Donald is always smiling, communicative via phone and text, quite knowledgeable, and a diligent worker who never stops moving and getting things done. Our last contact with him had been when he went "above and beyond" and made a same-day stop at my elderly parents' house to get their new Graham-installed system turned on for the season at the peak of the heat wave in mid-May to save their valuable extensive landscape plantings. As a gardener, I certainly appreciate his concern and expertise.

Graham provided excellent results for our project! My wife and I are very happy with the results. We love our water features and the landscape design.

zero stars. they do more harm than good. during an UNANNOUNCED visit from graham they sprayed my property with mulch, covering up dozens of plants, snapping apart two precious plants i have grown for over a year!! destroyed carrots, tomatoes, succulents , somehow they even managed to get dirt IN MY SHEETS , despite, as far as i know, not having access inside my home. the true insight to Grahams character was what they did next. nothing. no apology, no note, no compensation, no acknowledgment they had destroyed hours upon hours, hundreds of dollars , and my pride and joy garden. how despicable. i wonder how they would like their garden destroyed just before harvest.
guess i'll email the family and tell them thanksgiving brussels sprouts fresh from the garden won't be happening , courtesy of Grahams landscaping.
if you're in the area, you can do better than giving your hard earned cash and business to grahams - DO. BETTER.

Responded quickly. Justin provided an accurate bid and did excellent work on irrigation system. He actually collaborated and gave advise. Justin is wonderful. He enjoys his work and represents his company well. Thanks Justin, will use this company again!

Graham's clean-up team have done a fantastic job with removing invasive plants, weeding, pruning, reseeding lawn, removing old junk, and much more. And more importantly, Justin and Keith are doing things properly, even if it takes a little extra time, and they go out of their way to make things right. In addition, they are being very nice and communicative. Thumbs up!

I've said it before, and after working with these guys at our new home, I can say it again. They're fantastic! The irrigation here needs extra creativity in the design and they delivered. Problems arise and they are here within a few days. I've worked with Dean Wahrenbrock many times and he is friendly, knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to help out and answer questions at any time. This company should give lessons to other companies on customer service! Once again, thank you, Jordan!!

Jamie has been coming to the property that I rent and has been very cordial in respecting my requests for keeping it organic.

I have lived here 11 years and was concerned I"d come home one day and it would be destroyed with chemicals but he's kept all chemicals away.

They told me they even have a citrus spray if needed to control any aggressive growth. but it hasn't been needed.
My yard continues to be a habitat for bees, birds, dragonflies, animals while still looking well kept. Thanks Jamie at Graham for listening!

Angela and her crew cleaned up my big mess of a yard this morning. They were efficient, friendly, and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! Awesome work!

Justin and Donald did a fantastic job rehauling old irrigation system with new wifi timer and making it more efficient and easy to use. I am so excited to plant new stuff now that it's working after two years of dysfunction!

Everyone I spoke with was direct, professional and congenial. They were communicative and did an artful job on our flagstone patio and flagstone path connecting our front and back doors. I would definitely use them again!

Mark and David were the installers for our Sprinkler system. I can't say enough of how much we enjoyed these men. They showed up on time and were very professional. Did an amazing job and while enduring heavy rainfall. They did not let the weather stop them. They kept us in the loop every step of the way.

UPDATE: The owner of Graham Landscaping, Jordan, contacted me after seeing my prior negative review. He could not have been nicer--- he was empathetic, reasonable, and eager to do anything to make it right. He offered to refund 3 months of my payments, which I gratefully accepted and he paid immediately. He did not seek any modification of my reviews. SO, the owner is a very decent, ethical person, and my new recommendation is to give this business a try and if you are not satisfied, contact the owner. I repeat that the crew did a good job on my lawns.

Prior review:
Company's service has deteriorated in the last 9 months. Had a written contract beginning June 2016 for weekly care for our tiny lawns and "keep beds free of weeds" for a fixed monthly fee. Gradually they stopped pulling weeds and it just got worse and worse. The supervisor Angela refused to honor the company's contract with me, because, she said, she wasn't working for the company at the time we made the contract. I'm frustrated and DONE with this company

What I appreciate about Graham Landscaping is that all of the staff are very responsive to comments and suggestions and are sincerely interested in understanding your concerns, working to get just the effect you are looking for. Sometimes that takes persistence on your part because the chain of communication seems a bit weak, but I like the fact that they do not give up. It is a pleasure working with them, especially the most recent group, Justin and Crew #5. My messy yard now looks amazing.

Just want to say that I have been impressed with Tyler (yard maintenance crew). He came on to my route about a month ago. His first visit here, we chatted and discussed my expectations of the work that needed to accomplished. He has met and exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, he has been courteous and professional every time he is onsite.

Dean and his crew did an amazing job irrigating our Oakridge lavender field. They were so accommodating when scheduling our project; they were professional; and their work was great! We look forward to using their services in the future.

We have been using Graham since we moved into our home several years ago. They stop by every couple of weeks and keep our lawn in ship shape and often take on other tasks. Sometimes they see something that needs doing and they just do it and sometimes they check in to make sure we're on board before they do something. They have never disappointed. When we had house sitters during an extensive travel period a couple of years ago, I told the sitters to just say "yes" if Graham ever knocked on the door and suggested a task, because we trusted them to do the right thing.

All this is great, but what we have noticed is that we seem to have a particular team of guys working with us quite consistently over the past year, Tyler and Jim, who were assigned to us by our project manager, Angela. Rain or shine, cold or hot, they get to it, stay focused and identify little extras from time to time. I often feel guilty because they work so hard and I feel so lazy. I love the way the yard looks when they leave and even in the growing season - during the two weeks between visits - the yard still holds together.

Great company and crew. I highly recommend them for skill, responsiveness and professionalism.

We hired Graham Landscaping to make our back yard a more pleasant place to be. Shaun Weisbach helped us make a plan we could afford and that would create a space we would enjoy. The crew we worked with were very professional and thorough in preparing the ground for irrigation and then sod, prepping the flower beds and doing fencing work. Mark did outstanding work on our fence, and Justin was a real pleasure to work with. It s nice working with people that care about the quality of their work.

We chose Graham after reviewing several bids to install an irrigation system because they provided detailed specifications, a specific start date and responded quickly and clearly to our follow up questions. Their crew started work on the agreed to start date and worked on the project every day thereafter until the project was completed. They were respectful, polite, positive about the project and patiently answered all questions no matter. Their supervisor, Dean, specified quality equipment that has performed flawlessly. Now 4 weeks later we have a beautiful green lawn. We are pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

Graham landscape refurbished a waterfall for me in the summer of 2018. In June of 2019, it wasn t working as it should. We talked, and they were on it immediately, working tirelessly and checking in numerous times throughout the summer, until I was thoroughly satisfied. Even though the remedy was time and labor intensive and I feared they might give up at any moment, they made it clear that they were on my side. I am now so pleased with the beautiful waterfall and patio Graham Landscape installed; I recommend them without hesitation!

Graham Landscape & Design did a fantastic job on our yard. We hired them to prep the yard in order for my wife and I to install our own sod. Shaun, one of their estimators, checked our design and contributed helpful advice in order to make the design even better. They put plenty of loam down, removed rocks and other debris and placed a nice bed of topsoil for the sod to take root in. We are thrilled with the results. Fine work, gentlemen.

Justin replaced a cracked backflow pipe on our irrigation system today. While not the greatest news for us, Justin was very helpful in describing the issue and process for the repair. He is professional and personable and was efficient in getting the work got done, not to mention showed up at 8am the day after I called that s responsiveness! I would highly recommend using Graham Landscape for your irrigation work and hopefully you ll have a chance to work with Justin.

We had a nothing, blah, depressing backyard with major privacy issues. The plan that Jordan and Graham Landscape Design & Maintenance came up with and executed more than exceeded what we had envisioned and hoped for. Everyone was very professional and neat and tidy. Our privacy screens are gorgeous! I love the plant choices. Ronnie and Brad went out of their way to pick out beautiful, unique rocks, stepping stones and the boards for our screens. And the rock river idea that I came up with at the last moment is amazing! Ronnie and Brad did a stellar job on it! Our new backyard is simply magical!

We could not be happier with the front yard design and installation we just received from Angela, Noah, and Trent. They were professional, punctilious, knowledgeable, courteous, and creative, and they went above and beyond in all ways. Angela added some beautiful flagstones to our design the day of install, free of charge, because she wanted to add some pop to the aesthetics. It's gorgeous. The plant selection and placement exhibited deep knowledge of plant needs, terrain, and our desired style. Noah and Trent were very detail-oriented in the installation.

Angela Hansen created a landscape plan at our home. She is so creative and I love, love, love what she did. She is an incredible talent. Her talent is matched by her wonderful personality. Graham Landscape and Design has been providing service for my home, as well as the rest of my street, for several years. The crew comes every week, consistently, and mows, weeds, edges, and blows away all debris. I appreciate the quality of their work and the value I pay for each month. I highly recommend them to any homeowner or association for regular maintenance.

Graham came at short notice to install an irrigation system and drill post holes for a garden shed. They did a great job, took no shortcuts, and left the job site neat and tidy. The plumbing work was professional, and they were careful to let us know about additional charges for extras that we asked for on the fly. We're very pleased with their work.

I contacted Graham about designing an irrigation system for our residence. Dean came to the house an quickly came up with a plan for a sprinkler and drip system. He carefully explained all my options and gave me an estimate.

Dean gave me a date for breaking ground on the installation. The date was about two months out. Not long after that he contacted me and told me they could move the date up a month. That was great.

Paul and his crew showed up on time every day. They were very professional. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. The project was finished ahead of time and better than I expected. The price also never changed.

I've owned residential and commercial properties for over 20 years. Doing business with contractors in several cities. I can honestly say that the relationship with Graham has been one of the best experiences I've had.

We have struggled to get the company to finish repairing our lawn. We have spent lots of time and money to get it looking good and it still doesn't! They have done a good job on the rest of the yard although they do tend to leave too many weeds.

On the other hand, the crew we have had the last few weeks, Maggie and Michael have done a wonderful job. Perhaps if they stay on our crew we will actually end up with a lawn that looks as good as the rest of the yard.

Just had Maggie and Bo here this morning for landscaping and both my front and back yards look amazing now. Graham Landscaping continues to do great work!

Justin came to our house on Thursday to work on an older, crazily built irrigation system. He's been here before, and I was so glad it was him because: he is prompt. He is efficient. He is thorough and willing to go over ( once again) the intricacies of our Hunter control box with us. Great service overall. Would recommend.

Just watched one of their employees driving a company vehicle pass 4 cars and a school bus with oncoming traffic outside of Brownsville. Very unprofessional, I would never want to deal with those kinds of people.

I have had 2 emergency repairs over the last year and their response was prompt and complete. I had one issue with their work, and they were out the next day to fix it. It's been a while since I last reviewed Graham Landscape but upon rereading my old review there is not a thing that I would change. The quality of their work coupled with a genuine interest in their customers' satisfaction all add up to a first class business model. I want to give a big thumbs up to Dean, Mark and all the rest of the Graham crew who have worked on projects for me over the years ranging from irrigation and plumbing repair to construction of a beautiful patio and pergola which exceeded our expectations in every respect. Most impressive to me is their quick follow up when I am in need of repairs or want to start a new project. All of their workers seem genuinely happy to be employed by them and as a result do excellent work at all times. They really seem to take pride in what they do. Though they are probably not the cheapest outfit in town, this is one of those rare instances where you really receive outstanding value for money spent. Highly recommended.

We recently moved to Eugene and we are renting a home. The property management hires Grahm Landscaping to take care of the yard. I am used to doing my own gardening and prefer a more natural look. I spoke to Jamee and Maggie about that and they have been more than wonderful about not making the yard too manicured and yet very neat and tidy. I appreciate their knowledge when I ask them questions about some of the plants in the yard. They are excellent at what they do!

I have had the opportunity to work with Graham Landscaping on several special projects and routine weekly maintenance at work. Over the last year Dean has become a resource for me, has taken time to teach me how to manage the sprinkler system at work and has been there to problem solve issues. Dean's ability to communicate information in language I can understand is greatly appreciated.

Graham Landscape and Design LLC has just completed the installation of a new irrigation system and have also installed proper rainwater drainage on our property. The work was done professionally, field changes addressed as they came up, and situations resolved to our satisfaction. Compliments to Mark Jackman the irrigation project manager and to Shaun Weisbach the construction project manager for getting these two very large projects to completion. Both men displayed technical skill and knowledge for their projects and in the management of their crews both showed care and understanding.

And special thanks to Donald, who worked with knowledge and with care as he moved through the project and to Jason, who was eager to learn and willing to do what was needed. Both these men were constant and instrumental in the success of the irrigation project.

We are planning to call Graham Landscape and Design for any future landscape projects and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and adept landscape company to work with.

The clean-up crew did a great job taking care of my very overgrown yard. They removed blackberries, ivy, bamboo, and much much more. They did everything that would have taken me months in 2 days.

These guys cleaned up my yard in a little over 1.5 days. I had bamboo, blackberries, English Ivy, and a surprise yellow jacket nest in the ground! They were great to work with, very pleasant and asked questions at key points in the process (like the nest discovery and when what I thought was one fern turned into two). Great experience!

Will not communicate, employees regularly block traffic, destroy yards while they tramp around working . They appear to relish that they do their jobs while most people are away from their homes, leaving property, homes, and valuables vulnerable. No responsibility, no accountability.
I ve heard the owner is reasonable. If only that extended to the crews doing the work.

Justin, irrigation technician, provided excellent service on my sprinklers for my front and backyard at a reasonable price. On his first visit he made an assessment on the structure and workings of my rainbird sprinklers. He provided a list of parts that he found online at a low price, sent me the link directly so that I could order the the parts he needed to fix and update some sprinklers. I am having other work done involving replacing a concrete walkway in which one sprinkler was leaking and Justin coordinated a time with the concrete worker so as not to delay my future concrete work. With Justin s diligent planning, I am able to use the sprinkler system to get my lawn looking nice before it becomes dormant and dry. Justin showed me how to use my system, as I haven t always lived at this residence and I had forgotten how to use it. He programmed it so it is easy for me to adjust. He also provided advice on the care and maintenance of my lawn and including reviewing some products I had planned on using for weed management. Justin also set me up with a plan to have Graham send a technician for regular spring set up and winter shut down at a discount. Finally, Justin made a nice flyer that he gave to me so that I could call and get estimates on other yard projects I have in mind. Their estimates are free. I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Jordan Graham, himself, when I inquired about patio work. I am very excited about getting my yard together and I don t have all the tools or all the know-how, but Justin has made it very simple and easy for me to plan my work. Thank you Justin. I went to my storage unit yesterday (Valley River Storage) and was very impressed with how nice it looks. The guys you had out there ,were working hard . I believe there names were Bryan and Brandon they were very polite and helpful. I had many questions about your business, as I am currently looking for a landscape company to come to my home.

My wife and I hired Graham Landscape and Design to install a new paver patio off our existing back porch. They did an excellent job, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

When I first contacted Graham Landscape and Design, it was Jordan who responded to my inquiry. He gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, then came out the very next day to review the site and provide a more accurate quote. Turned out, he pretty much had nailed the quote on the phone. While he was out, he took measurements, and talked to me about different options they could provide. By the start of the next business day, Jordan had emailed me the official quote.

In the time leading up to the start of the work, and while work was ongoing, I exchanged several emails back and forth with Jordan. Jordan was always very responsive, and was great in helping us choose colors and patterns. We're not very creative with this type of stuff, so it was great to be able to rely on his expertise.

The patio was finished faster than quoted, and the results are outstanding. In addition, the guys doing the work (Seth, and a couple other gentlemen who's names escape me) were very nice and accommodating. In fact, on the last day of the job, Seth spent about 30 minutes talking to my wife and I about other areas of our landscaping, and providing us with different ideas and options (with no pressure to use them). Some of the ideas he gave us were even DIY.

I was so happy with the work this company had done, that we decided to have them re-gravel our driveway while they were onsite. Jordan was really accommodating here as well, and had the equipment and guys onsite a day later to spread 37 yards of gravel over a 150ft driveway in just about 2 hours.

Overall, an outstanding company with great employees, that does excellent work. Next time we need work done, this is the first company we'll call.

We had an outstanding experience with Graham Landscaping. Our project was relatively small in scale, but complex. We also asked that the work be done on a very tight schedule. Jordan said they could do it and they did. Jordan and his crew (especially Rob and Tyler) redesigned our entry way, removed a tree, replaced a step with a ramp, installed pavers, rebuilt a fence and gate, and built a trash receptacle hideaway on schedule. Each of the crew members was a pleasure to work with. They displayed a commitment to quality and friendliness despite intermittent showers and our need for timely completion of the project.

We love working with Graham landscape- Angela is very responsive to our needs and Cody S and Kieth L do a great job keeping our yard clean and beautiful.

Noe and Tyler were amazing in removing almost all of our bamboo.... in the pouring rain. So professional and thorough. Way above and beyond. Great company and great people.

Graham's has been very responsive to the needs developing at my house with irrigation, maintenance and planning services. When I needed a little pad area made for a new heat pump, they came right out and quickly made it. They are always prompt and courteous and do really good work.

Kudoos to Paul Harvanec for going the extra mile in following up on issues encountered during the spring "turn on" of our irrigation system. In fact, it was quite a few extra miles. In addition to replacing/repairing broken sprinkler heads and pipes, a normal part of spring start-up, he suggested a change from sprinkler heads to drip irrigation along a path at the rear of our home. Paul returned the next week to implement the change, which we hope will reduce maintenance headaches and water bills in the future. I particularly appreciated the diligence with which Paul pursued problems until they were resolved, and also appreciated the explanations of how various components of the system worked -- I got a lot of questions answered. It wasn't cheap, of course, but it could have been more expensive. We weren't charged for one or two replacement sprinkler heads that Paul declared his "bad", for the time of a person being trained that week, or a visit after the job was completed to check out something I was concerned about.
And, while I'm at it, we've had excellent (earlier) experience with Dean Wahrenbrock at Grahman's as well.

One bad employee does not a bad company make. The person who did our original work was new to Graham and not up to the job. After I posted my review Graham contacted me and had someone come out to make things right. I appreciate a company who is willing to reach out and take pride in the job they do by fixing a mistake. The person who came out expertly set up our system as we had seen in the past at no cost to us. The grass is filling in nicely and everything is working as expected now.

Mistakes aren't a problem, not fixing them is. In a day and age where many companies seem to have lost the idea of pride in their work, I will emphatically recommend Graham!!

We signed up for Graham Landscaping turn up / turn down service a couple of years ago in a house with sprinklers plagued with frost damage every winter. They did good work and re-engineered our valve system, moving everything underground. No more damage!

Fast forward to now. We moved to a new house with a new sprinkler system. We had Graham out to turn up our system. Immediately after the service I noticed one sprinkler head popped up but without water coming out. Another head failed within a week (the system is 2 years old so this was unexpected). Also, the system was left off after the service, but luckily I noticed and turned it back on the following morning when I noticed the grass wasn t wet on my way out the door for work.

After trying to schedule a follow-up visit with Graham for a few weeks and not getting called back, I finally got someone to come out and look at the two heads not working (or watering my newly planted blueberries). When the technician came out to look at the two heads, we also had him add two more for an area we just planted tomatoes and didn t want to water by hand each day. He added the two new heads, fixed the other two, and left.

It is unfortunate the timing of all this because it was the day we left for a week-long coastal camping trip. I say unfortunate because the tech left our system off again, didn t bother to put the cover back on our valve box, and killed big patches of our lawn and several plants. Killed plants? Yes. The week we were away the temperatures were near 90 the first 3 days and in the mid to low 80s the rest of the week. See the pictures attached to see the casualties of Graham s lack of attention to detail. Prior to this last visit our lawn was lush, and all of our plans were alive.

I flipped my lid when we got back from camping to discover wilted tomato plants, huge swatches of dead grass in our lawn, and several other plants looking thirsty. I don t know what happened between our initial visit with Graham where they did amazing work and now, but I would NOT recommend them until they get their staffing figured out.
