Bella Bleu Bridal Review

I went to Bella Bleu about three weeks ago and had a great experience, but my 5-star review is based not just on the in-shop experience, but the communication before and after. I found a dress I loved on a third party site and the owner, Andrea, encouraged me to come in to her boutique when I was in town. After my appointment, Stephanie touched base to see how my decision-making process was going and to thank us for our visit.
The shop is well-curated with a good number of sample/off the rack items, which is exactly what I needed. I tried on 7-8 dresses and could honestly imagine myself in almost every one. Andrea has a superb eye for accessories. Stephanie, who was helping me and my family that day, just had a perfect personality for this line of work. Nobody spoke in hyperboles (e.g. OMG SO BEAUTIFUL), and instead gave us useful information about the dress designers and dress material and difficult of alterations. It was a relaxed first time experience and I'm very grateful!

Our experience was amazing. Viviana was a helpful, direct, and guiding consultant - and made the whole day fun and stress-free for me and my sister and mom. The shop is beautiful, and we celebrated with champagne and pictures

Viviana and Colten are the best!!!! They are extremely kind, helpful, honest, and caring. Every time I visited them, they provided excellent customer service and truly wish for every bride to be happy. Their communication is fantastic as they are always on top of it! My mother, sister, and I were always warmly welcomed too! I 200% recommend this beautiful and luxurious bridal boutique to every bride. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Viviana and Colten for such a once in a lifetime experience!

The owner of Bella Bleu Bridal Viviana created a warm and very personal experience for my daughter and I. Viviana's expertise in helping choose the perfect dress is definitely worth the trip. We had the entire salon to ourselves due to Covid which made us feel very safe.The Bridal salon is elegant & the dresses are gorgeous with many price ranges to choose from. I highly recommend Bella Bleu , we bought the very first dress my daughter tried on!

I had such a positive experience with Viviana & Colton at Bella Bleu! They were so kind, encouraging, patient and just SO much fun! :) The shop it beautiful and a bit smaller so when you book an appointment you're the only one in the boutique which makes it such a special & intimate experience with those that you bring. Great dress selection and I found my dress that I am SO obsessed with, cannot wait to get married in it!

Viviana was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in guiding me to select my dress! She offered points of advice that I would not have thought of myself. Would highly recommend this bridal boutique. Even though I was pretty set on the dress I wanted, all the other dresses looked beautiful. Very stylish and elegant place.

What an amazing experience finding a THE dress! This shop is so cute, with impeccable dresses to choose from. Viviana was personable, knowledgeable, and SO helpful in choosing the right dress that fits your style - not to mention made the moment very heartfelt and memorable. She was so great to work with, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I do not recommend buying anything online from this store, as I had a very unpleasant experience. I live in Europe, and found a dress that I really loved in this store. It was a sample model, and discounted, so my mom called the store to confirm the condition. The owner assured her that it was in perfect condition (minus tiny details). She said that it had only been on display for 3 months, and that she personally inspected it. When I finally got the dress, I found a number of things that suggest that it was a used dress--much of the detail was coming loose, there was a rip in the train and front strap (difficult to notice, but definitely there) and the lining was dirty and stretched out. I took it to a professional dry cleaner and he agreed that it looks like it was definitely used before, and the store simply resold it as a 'sample'. When we tried to call and complain, the owner basically said that we were responsible for everything (including the rip!). Very disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely took a risk in good faith, and was sorely disappointed. Don't make the same mistake!
CLARIFICATION: It did take a while for me to receive the dress, as I live abroad, and I understood the risk that I was taking when ordering, but given that my wedding isn't until September, decided to rely on the professionalism of the store. It is unfortunate that I couldn't get the dress until now, but doesn't change the fact that it came in absolutely unacceptable condition. I can understand that there might have been some imperfections, but what came is nowhere close to what is described below. I rarely write negative reviews, and certainly never with the intention or 'ruining' a business, but hopefully this will prevent others from making the same mistake, or perhaps force the store to reconsider how they treat their customers.

I visited Bella Bleu on a whim, and I am so happy I did!
Not only is the shop intimate and adorable, the staff was also wonderful and offered an incredible selection! My wedding party that tagged along also commented on it being one of the best selections they've seen. The consultant, Kate, was super helpful and friendly, and made sure that I was able to try on a variety of different dresses. There was no pressure at all to make on the spot decisions, and Bella Bleu provided a more comfortable environment compared to other salons I've been in.
Living out of state, I did not originally plan to purchase at Bella Bleu, but I was really happy to give them my business and I can't wait for my dress to come in!
