I am in the market for a building that I can turn into a) a man cave or b) a finished dwelling in which I can place visiting in laws. However, after reading these reviews, this company has just lost a cash paying customer. And before management replies with These unfortunate reviews do not reflect our commitment, passion and pride in our products. let me say that the reviews were perhaps only 30% in deciding to avoid this company. 70% was the response from the company to the reviews that made me say no way. Almost every response states contact corporate customer service via email . When a customer calls with an issue, that first call should be routed to customer service, a little chatting and boom problem solved. Does anyone else find the fact that only a select group of people can respond to complaints? And via email??(oops we never received an email). So, thank you management for never accepting responsibility and psssing the buck, you ve made my choices of companies shorter by one! (And to the guy who had his bldg repoed, load up all the trash they left and take it to their corporate office and dump it on their lawn. My neighbor s dog used to poop in my yard and I d throw it back into his yard, Well, that didn t work, so last August I started scooping up the doo, and throwing it the open sunroof of his Honda, I haven t seen any dog waste in my yard since September.
