I've had 2 experiences from them in buying magazines. My first time, it took about a week before my item had mailed out. The second time, it took about 2 days.

I suppose that it just matters on how busy they are. At this time, I'm debating on whether to purchase a firearm through them but otherwise, their prices are very reasonable.

Bottom line, I'd use them again.

Placed the order. They shipped it fast. Got it a day early. Items were just as described. Could not have went smoother!

What have they done? I thought the idea of upgrading a site was to make it better! I clicked on GAG to check out a shotgun I want. 30 minutes later, I am still waiting for the page to load!!! Who did their upgrade? The same people that set up the Obamacare website?

I placed an order in June 6th for a scope using their financing. I was told I would need to attach a copy of my ID to my approve of the order. I did so on June 6th around 1 p.m.. On June 9, 2016 I checked the status of my order and there was no ordered. I called and was told that weren't sure what happened but my order was processing now. I received a call just before they closed stating that they did not get receive the copy of my ID. I followed up on 6/10 and forwarded the same email with my ID and was told it was attached this time. On 6/16 which was the 5th business day my I called to see if my order shipped. I was immediately told they are behind and they were telling people that now it is a 5-7 day wait for shipping. I explained how they messed my order up on 6/6 and I was told that day 3-5 business days and when they started processing my order in 6/9 I was told 3-5 business days. I was told they were backed up and there was nothing they could do. I told the that if they could not ship my order as promised in the email I received and verbal confirmation that I wanted to cancel my order. I was told that because it was being financed that I could not cancel the order. At this point I was very angry and said that this was BS. To end my story grabagun showed very poor customer service. How do you not update your customers regarding delays beyond your original date after you have already messed the order up once. As good as they did with my purchase the week before they truly dropped the ball twice on my second order. They finally cancelled my order. I would rather pay a little more for better service. I am done with Grabagun.

Great customer service! I purchased a Glock 19 G4 and placed my order on a Friday and my gun shipped that day and arrived at my local gun shop Monday morning, and I was able to take delivery of the gun Monday evening. Thats fast!! Oh... I almost forgot. Their prices were very competitive to other online sites, but when it came to retail stores like Gander Mountain, or Cabelas... GrabAGun was considerably cheaper. I will be back.

To be honest, I was skeptical of this dealer due to their really low prices. But after doing my first purchase from them I will definitely be back. The customer service is phenomenal. Michael was extremely helpful guiding me through their process. Even when we ran into an unexpected problem with my FFL, they jumped on it immediately and contacted my FFL to get it resolved and the firearm shipped the same day. The pistol arrived at my FFL the next day. I highly recommend Grab A Gun!

I purchased some ammo through GrabAGun and had it shipped straight to my house in south, central Ky. cheaper than I can purchase locally. The shipping was very fast and my order was accurate. I plan to continue doing business with them on a regular basis.

Originally I had a pretty poor review, but my experience was turned around due to the effort put in by Justin H. I truly appreciate all of the help in resolving my concerns and keeping me a GAG customer.

Terrible place to deal with. I was shipped the wrong product and when I called to get my order fixed they pretty much said too bad. Now I don t have what I ordered and never was refunded. They never even responded

This was my third time I ordered from gag, all three orders were delivered in a timely manner and had no problems with any part of the transaction. Will continue to order from gag based on price and delivery performance.

Purchase and shipping process was flawless, price and shipping were very reasonable.

The product itself had nicks and torn spots in the Mossy Oak camouflage and some machining issues at the muzzle threads (threads were cut off center to the bore and result in a slight offset of the flash hider). Not a GRABAGUN issue.

All in all it is still a great little rifle and I would purchase again from GRABAGUN, great customer service.

Best price around on the HK VP40. Even the shipping cost was very reasonable. It took a few days for them to ship the gun, but it was shipped 2nd Day Air to my local FFL and arrived in perfect condition. Overall, my experience GrabAGun was very pleasant and very professional. I would definitely buy from them again.

The best gun shop around. The retail store is not there main business, it mostly comes from online orders. So yes it can be disappointing to walk in buy a gun and then have to wait 2 days for your gun to get shipped to the retail store. But it's okay with me because they have the cheapest prices around and I don't pay for shipping or big box store prices.

Had an order for store pick up, ready in 1 day. Took 5 min once I arrived at the store, the gentleman checking me out even shook my hand. We don't have many businesses like this nowadays that take care of you like this. Definitely will buy from again.

I was shocked at how fast GrabAGun got my order to my FFL!! I couldn't believe it! They 2nd day aired it to my FFL. I am very pleased with the interaction and will definitely consider GrabAGun for my future firearms purchases.

I had left several notices to call me when my pistol came in stock, Grab A Gun was the first to let me know it was in stock, i ordered the pistol and had it in my hands in a week, good communication and follow through, will certainly be back.

Grabagun.com is my go to online place to buy guns, because they have the best prices and fast shipping . And most of the time the guns I want are in stock and if I not I can request to have an email sent to me as soon as the gun(s) is back in stock.

I read the reviews and I decided to order a Magpul PRS stock not knowing what kind of experience I would get but they were solid. Ordered it on Saturday night and my order shipped on Tuesday. I got it the the following week since I live in Oregon. I will be a future buyer again.

Great retailer. I have been saved about 20%-30% using them. There shipping is prompt and items have all been as described.
I now have bought from them twice and have been happy.

No hidden fees. Great shipping price. Basically a B.S. free transaction. I live in California and by mistake bought a gun that is illegal here. Grabagun refunded the money no questions asked. Few days later I bought another gun which was shipped quickly. Job well done.

For the record when you start looking at guns on this web site and go back and forth comparing specs on different weapons after a few visits and clicks on the same products they raise the price !!!!!! I was looking at a rifle package on two different occasions and both of the packages went up about 20 % after multiple clicks and a few days !!!!! pleas keep in mind the exact same package in different calibers never changed ( I never clicked on them ) . This is total BS and whomever is doing this is a total idiot . I will stick with Bud's Guns online at least their prices don't change after viewing items and they are very competitive with Grab A Gun ........

I myself bought a gun from these poeple this year and was very easy, no issues. Paid for it online, got an email saying it was ready that same day, picked it up at the store. My father also just bought a gun from them and picked his up this week as well. No issues, staff is friendly, and prices are cheapest around for what we bought. Small store front, but nice online selection, which is really all that matters.

I placed an order on 13 Jan 2020. On 16 Jan I received an email that it had been shipped along with a tracking number. A few days later, I checked the tracking number and it stated that the package was still waiting to be picked up. I called Grab A Gun on 21 Jan and was not impressed by the lack of concern or respect from the man who answered. I was placed on hold and then told that another tracking number would be sent to me by email that day and that the package was on the way. By 22 Jan, I had still not received the updated tracking number. I called back and was put on hold again and then told that UPS had given the package to USPS and was waiting for it to go into their system. They did not know where it was or when it would arrive. The staff was very incompetent and not in the least concerned. I will stick to buying local and paying more rather than dealing with these people again.

I just picked up the Smith and Wesson Model 686 Deluxe .357 magnum 7 shot ss 6 inch barrel, beautiful carvings on wood grips and was not disappointed with the quality of the firearm. Took it to the range and put nearly 100 shots of 38 special and full house magnum loads. Shoots as straight as a an arrow, so precise. Happy to have this in my collection. I live only 45 minutes from Coppell so I decided to pick up my new firearm to cut shipping and FFL fees. I walked in and noticed they were busy. So I waited in line and just became observant. I noticed how well and professional they take care of their customers. There were women purchasing firearms in front of me that didn't know much about firearms. The employees at Grab a Gun were so patient with them and listened to their concerns and answered respectfully and even helped them carry out their purchases to their car! So their customer service goes beyond the sale.
So anyways it was my turn to step up the the glass I told the gentlemen my order number and who I was and provided my LTC to them. Everything was ran and came out good. They treated me like I've been a customer there for years. I walked out happy and with a new intent to give them my business in the future. Their prices can NOT be beat. My gun was $100 cheaper here than other authorized dealers! I told my brother about them and he didn't believe me at first... I saw him the next day and he said... "I can't believe I haven't shopped at Grab a Gun sooner! They're prices are really good"

So if you are hesitant about this company... Don't be. Give them a shot at your business and be prepared for great customer service to be provided to you.

How do you know if it is a fake review or a real review? This is real. I picked up my handgun today at the Grabagun store front and what I received was a brand new gun without any defects. The gun was ready for pick-up 3 day's after I ordered it.The store front looked like a honest business and the guy's operating it were friendly and helpful. My guess is if you received a gun that has a defect the it is the manufacture not Grabagun.

"In Stock" does not mean that they have the item in the store, so don't waste your time driving there unless you've verified that it's in the store. Stock appears to be very limited in the store itself. They won't transfer the item to the store unless you pay for it. According to them, it takes 3-5 days for the firearm to be received at the store.The store is a waste of time, you can buy online, get a price match and avoid sales tax if you can afford a $10 FFL transfer.

My first AR purchase. Purchase was easy, clear and shipping was very prompt. Entire process was easy, too easy :). I ll be back.

My first time buying from them and overall a good experience. Pricing is competitive. My only bit of advice is to have realistic expectations. This seems to be primarily an internet driven business, so it does not have a big storefront with hundreds of firearms on display. "In Stock" does not always mean you can drive down there and pickup your item immediately, but may take a BUSINESS day or two to process your order and have it ready for pickup (not open on weekends). The storefront is located in the back of a business warehousing district, but the store is very clean and the folks there are efficient at processing orders / background checks. I will admit it was eerily quiet in the store though...like a library...even though there were about 8-10 people in there. Will buy from them again in the future.

They have no inventory at the store. If your not sure of what gun you want then this is not the store to go to. Maybe 5/6 hanguns and 10 long guns. Might b a place to buy after going to a place that you can actually handle several firearms. I wont go back unless i hear they actually stock some variety .
