I ve been having a lot of trouble with grab a gun anytime I try to buy something from them whether it be some ammo or sites or a gun out of stock it just seems like they can t keep anything in stock and that s why I will not do any more business with them I even tried to buy a magazine from them and those were also out of stock

What a great bunch of gun gear I got from GRABAGUN.. Fast shipping and goood stuff too. So far I love the M & P 22 compact and I got it in only 1 day. Great Great job GRABAGUN And the price is right also. Nobody can beat your prices, I mean NOOOBODY. Will do more shopping with you guys. THANKS

i've made several purchases from GaG. their prices are good, to great. shipping has been fast and trustworthy. every transaction has been completed as expected, and each item purchased has been received in tact and correct. i have waited in the phone queue longer than i would like. but once connected they take the time to answer all questions and offer suggestions too.

I purchased a Beretta 84FS Cheetah in 380 ACP. The process went smoothly and the item was delivered a day early. It has been this way for all of my purchases. Hat tip!

Good selection of online items but they don't keep anything in stock. Shipping takes FOREVER. They ship it to themselves from their distributor, then turn around and ship it to you, which can make items take 1-2+ weeks to show up. I had an item they shipped me damaged in transit because they placed it in a plastic bag to ship instead of a box. Had to go through the entire return process (it takes them at least 20 minutes to answer the phone from placing you on hold for an RA number), and asked they use a box for the return shipment. 2 weeks later another bag shows up, at least item not damaged the second time. It's worth purchasing elsewhere and not messing with this place.

I gave 4 stars because no one ever gets 5. In any business there is always room for improvement but overall I had a very good experience with them. The staff was polite and answered all my questions with out any sarcasm or frustration. Yes it takes a while before getting someone on the phone but remember how many calls they receive daily. When a company offers Layaway on Guns with such low prices... They're gonna be a lil busy. Overall its definitely worth the wait. I'll be buying more toys from here.

First time buying from GrabAGun, with a little hesitation as there are other better know stores, buy they proved to be an excellent store and the purchase was a pleasant experience, to my surprised I received my order next day, flawless, shipped to an Academy near by with no issues either. So happy that I made my second purchase next day and they will be my first go-to store from now on.

Bought a suppressor from here before covid. During covid, they refused to allow me to go into the store to fill out the forms. I asked if they could let me fill the forms out at home and drop them off, and they refused that too. Today, 5 months later, I came to the store to fill the forms out. 3 employees refused to help me. They said the guy who usually does it was "not here". One of the front desk employees was hostile and rude. I asked for a refund, and they even refused to give me documentation of the refund. They said it would get emailed to me in 20 minutes. Hours later and I still haven't received an email about the refund.

Update: GaG emailed me and said they were going to hold my refund for 4-6 weeks. Shameless.

I've ordered 3-guns from GAG and they were ready for pickup by lunch each time when ordered in the morning
For people complaining that guns were falling apart when they picked them up that sounds like a QC manufacturer problem not the retailer.
Just a word of knowledge most gun shops buy from distributors not direct from the gun manufacturers so they all buy them from pretty much the same place.
I've definitely saved a few bucks from Grab A Gun as well.

The Ruger SR22 is a great shooting, fun gun. Easy to use and easy to shoot. GrabaGun was perfect. Ordered the gun on a Monday night at 9PM and picked it up at my FFL on Wednesday afternoon. Great service as usual.

Great gun at a great price ($219). I own an LC9 and this gun has just replaced it as my concealed carry weapon. The weight and balance feel so much better in my hand than the LC9.

Poor Experience. Sold me a gun that was illegal my state. FFL mailed it back and charged a 25% restocking fee. Trevor from customer service responded once with a flimsy excuse and then went dark.

Placed order on Wednesday, shipped on Monday and received om Tuesday through FFl transfer. Very professional employees.

I ordered this on a Wed and got it on Friday.. Clean, solid and well built. This 75b will even cycle snake shot. I put about 50 rounds through it so far. I will upgrade the sights they are kinda small.

Grab-A-gun has been one of the best gun buying experiences I have had. Aside from my local Mom & Pops shop, I refuse to purchase form anywhere else. I have purchased at least 10 firearms, multiple accessories and over 10,000 rounds of ammo. I have no complaints about this business. Grab-A-Quote is cool, sometimes you need to feel like you are winning by paying a small percentage less for an item.

need to expand phone coverage. i tried 4 different days and times during listed open times and was put on hold for up to 5 minutes every time and gave up.

I bought a Muddy Girl 253 riffle for myself on Dec. 16 I was a little worried because of the bad reviews this place has gotten. When Dec 21 came around and still no word about shipping the riffle I gave them a call. Yes they are very hard to get a hold of on the phone I called 4 time before I finally spoke to someone. They were very nice and helpful and because of the holidays I probably wouldn't get it untill the 28th. The next day I got my shipment confirmation and it was at my FFL on Dec 24. Now I have a great riffle for a good price!

Excellent weapons and ammo store! I ordered a Glock 40 for the best price I could find on the internet on Nov. 3rd and there was a miscommunication with my FFL. Called them and the rep immediately resolved the issue and shipped the pistol overnight for $7.50 flat shipping fee and it's here today on Nov. 9th!! Best in the industry! WOW!

The order tracking system does not work. It's been close to a month and queries about fulfillment go unanswered. Took my money from the CC that clearly worked.

This is a small storefront, and generally used as a pick up for their online orders. They do not have a gunsmith. They do have class 3 (suppressor, AND, AOW....). They sell a small selection of ammo up front. Generally, this location is good for picking up things your order online. It generally has taken them 3-5 business days after my online order placement before the item is ready for pickup at the store.

Their pricing is usually the best I can find, internet and locally. They have nice digital processing of background instant check paperwork. Smooth and lean process, and the employees are efficient. There is a stiff policy about returns, so don't order unless you really mean it.

I have used them for a few years, and continue to.

This business is run by a bunch of amateurs. I signed up to be notified when an item was back in stock and received an email today. I attempted to call at lunch and at 4 pm and was put on hold for 20 plus minutes each time with no luck.

I decided to drive 40 minutes to the store and when I arrived was told they don't display the stock and refused to get it from the warehouse so I could handle the item prior to spending nearly 1700 bucks.

The guy told me to "go to a big box store" to check it out. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Why support local businesss when they are incompetent and jerks?

If I'm going to get online or worse customer service I might as well get the best price and pay no sales tax.

The drum mag fit the Glock 17 & performed great. That s what I bought it for. The initial information said this mag would also fit a Kel-Tec Sub 2000. Unfortunately it doesn t fit mine.

The store itself is fantastic, with low prices, high quality, and a great variety. I would have given them five stars, however, they impose a 12% surcharge on anything that is financed through MCS, a totally separate company. They say it is for "administrative costs" but how much could it cost to let another company manage the finance arrangements? Otherwise, if you have the cash, this is the place to buy.

I picked up my order from Grabagun today, and couldn t be happier. I placed my order on Thursday night before the fourth of July weekend, and it was available for pickup the following Tuesday. So technically it was ready in one business day! Crazy for how busy the industry is right now... When I arrived at the store there were about 3 people ahead of me in line. Within a couple minutes I was handed my order and was able to inspect it while the gentlemen in-front of me completed their NFA forms. Within 10 minutes i was able to fill out my form, Which are done electronically- so super fast. Got cleared in less than 5 minutes and walked out with my purchase. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. No transfer fee with pickup. As professional as could be. I will be back!

Tips based on some comments:
1. Grabagun does not have a store front where you can handle firearms. Their store in Coppell is for online purchase pickup.
2. Once you accept the transfer, your sale is final. This is the case with nearly all dealers. So Inspect your purchase!

I am an old guy who has joint problems in my shooting hand thumb. My every day carry is a Ruger LCR that I really love. However, I was looking for a similar sized, but heavier snubby that I could use for practice since the lightweight LCR was aggravating my thumb problem (lots of kick). I did a lot of research and shopped every online store I could find. GrabAGun had the selection I needed and the best price by far on the Taurus 85 SS that I settled on (almost twice the weight of my LCR... at 43% of the cost). My experience doing business with GrabAGun was straightforward. Delivery was very fast. There were no problems coordinating with my FFL (Shooter's World, where I am a member), and I got an amazingly good deal. In summary, it's a good place to do business.

The prices on line are great! The actual store doesn t have many options most of items have to be ordered online. The customer service was not very great either, they didn t seem to be very helpful.

Shipping was a little slow. But under the circumstances totally understandable! Thanks to the employees of Grabagun for working so diligently to make sure your customers get their orders!

Factory CZ Magazines are in short supply and usually higher priced. Priced below most competitors - fast shipping and reasonable shipping costs. Each magazine seated properly (tightly) and cycled each round smoothly. I recommend GrabAGun to all my friends.

I wish I could give no stars. Grabagun is by far the least helpful and ill responsive company I have ever dealt with. The Remington 700 7mag will not eject rounds and the bolt gets stuck in the forward position. I have only fired 10 rounds out of the gun and frisco gun club couldn't help me or write a report for me. When I went to grabagun in coppell they we less than helpful and wouldn't give me any answers or help. They wouldn't let me speak with a manager or gun smith nor attempt to validate my concerns. The told me the rifle came from Remington. My bank account says grabagun charged me, not Remington. No help, no answers, no results. I will never again purchase from grabagun.

I ordered the archangel OD for my M1 from grabagun it's the best price anywhere on line and with a little bit elbow grease the new stock looks badass to say the least and makes it so much easier to control the weapon

Shipping and Customer service are horrible. My entire order is being held up because they didn't have 1 item in the shipping warehouse and have to get it from another warehouse- I was not notified of this delay had to call in 2x's and email customer service to be told this- then I asked what the return policy was and was informed I would be charged a 15% restocking fee on a purchase that hasn't left there warehouse- nor was I given the option to return the 1 item they are waiting on without penalty- When I placed the order, everything purchased was marked as in stock on there website- this is a very poor way to handle customers, and even poorer shipping and logistics service they use. I would not recommend buying from them- there are many online sellers that will price match this site and offer much better shipping and customer service. If I wasn't going to be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% I would have cancelled all together, but I will never do business with this company ever again moving forward.

Website does not allow for in store pickup in ammo. Paying an extra $13 for shipping is not practical since I live 15mins away. Might as well get free shipping elsewhere

Had trouble placing an order online so I called GrabAGun direct. The rep I spoke with was very helpful and got my order placed rickyticky. The price on the enhanced Ruger BX trigger was the best I'd ever seen and it is so much better than the standard 10/22 trigger I can't believe it. Great deal, great service.

I found grabagun on the web and had never heard of them before. I am always skeptical when making any large purchase. I read all the mixed reviews and decided to proceed with the purchase of the firearm as it was the best price I found online. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman and he answered all my questions regarding the "shoot now and pay later" program through MCS. After a few emails back and forth from grabagun, MCS, and myself my purchase was complete. I started the purchase on a Wednesday and my firearm was at the store for pickup on that following Monday, just as I was told. Everything went just as they described. Ordered a two-pack of the Ruger BX-25 magazines. Fantastic price and fast shipping.

Easy to do business with a great prices. But if you have issues, they direct you to the manufacturer because they say they don't even see the guns since they drop ship them from a supplier. My pistol was missing a magazine, so I was just SOOL.

I ordered some mags that had an address issue and were not able to be delivered. While it was not my fault or GrabAGun's fault, they reshipped my order with expedited shipping and no cost to me. When I contacted them about it I got an immediate response from Hannah B. who did an awesome job in getting me taken care of.

First time buyer and definitely the last. Gun was horribly packaged. Absolutely zero concern for shipping. Original manufacturer box was shipped inside a make shift repurposed box that was not fitted correctly. Original box was just thrown in the shipping box with no package fill. This caused the manufacture box to open and eject the rifle to bounce around banging against the interior of the shipping box. Also, gun is more than 8 years old according to manufacture tag. Purchased 12/09/19.

I love dealing with Grab A Gun, but please do something about your web access. Im having so much trouble getting in anymore Im starting look elsewhere. Hard to stay up till after midnight to get in. As always, GrabAGun provided excellent customer service along with outstanding pricing. In this case it was the Springfield Hellcat. By the way, if you're looking for a high capacity sub-compact/pocket gun, you really need to check out the Hellcat!

The Ruger Wrangler I recently purchased only took 2 days to be delivered. Great service.

Feb. 9th received notice Remington 1100 410 back in stock. Ordered same day and called gag to check on ffl and gun in stock. Had ffl send info and received reply that gag had received it and all was a go and would be notified when shipped. Had read about problems with this site so I checked site and now gun is out of stock so for the heck of it I checked the box to be notified when back in stock. On feb.16 at 10 something at night I received the reply the gun was again in stock and in checking how many I could place in the cart for a valid sale I could order 10 but not 20 so by my calculations they would have to have at least 10 available. Called the afternoon of feb 17 to check on my order and the reply was it all looks good but it's out of stock so they would cancel the order and give me a full refund. I asked how they could be out of stock as I just received an e-mail the evening before that they were back in stock and after a pause he said I should not have received that. . They charged my credit card the day of purchase and UNTILL THEY REMOVE THAT CHARGE THEY WILL HAVE USE OF THAT MONEY. Hopefully they will credit my account correctly. I am not perplexed about not getting the gun but would just like to warn other folks about never ever,ever,ever order anything from this site. I have documentation of all e-mails to back up all Items in this post. No use to argue with the sales rep so I will e-mail gag and see if they can explain how this can happen and let you guys know the explanation. There is nothing worse than an old guy with a computer and plenty of time. UPDATE, received notification back in stock. The same day they cancelled my order. Question, show this and other guns back in stock, bill customer day of sale, use money until customer calls and gag cancels order. UPDATE, e-mailed gag and of course received no reply. Full refund on credit card given on 2-20-16. Now that I have received the cc refund I will pursue this with the bbb as a Questionable business practice. If more people would follow up on questionable business practices such as this maybe some of these places would be forced to straighten out their act.

This was the first time I ordered a weapon online and even though I was told I would receive it in 5 to 7 days due to a heavy workload, I actually received it in 4 days. The ATI FX45 1911 Military 5-inch .45ACP was everything I thought it would be.
