The owner Jessica is super inviting to newcomers and makes you feel right at home. The floor and layout is the best I have seen. Also a great place to take lessons. Consistently a good turnout. Full songs during social dances and Wednesday nights west coast swing there is a DJ.
Attended Got 2 Dance Louisville West Coast Swing Party. Was very impressed with the friendliness of all the dance instructors. The dance instructors talked to everybody and danced with almost everybody in attendance. They have great instructors and great music. The West Coast music was right on with what I had heard at West Coast events. The atmosphere was very inviting, and I made several new friends. There were many dance partners to choose from. I enjoyed dancing with many of the ladies. It was also nice that on occasion they would play a non-West Coast song so that you kind of got a break to try another dance. I highly recommend Got 2 Dance. You may want to give it a try.

Fantastic new studio in Louisville! Best place for dancers near and far! Knowledgeable and friendly staff with the nicest wood floor to do any dance your heart desires. Always a fun time at GOT2dance, whether you're doing a group lesson, private lesson, or attending one of the weekly dances. You really need to check out this beautiful place!!

Got2Dance Louisville is truly a positive experience for anyone, whether they have never danced before or an accomplished dancer. If you want to learn Ballroom Dancing (Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Foxtrot), this studio has instructors who are proficient in the dance, but are also patient during the learning process. I have found that they never move on until you have learned and can demonstrate the move. I was also impressed by the group classes in West Coast Swing and Country Dancing. I have been to the Country, Ballroom and West Coast dances that are held on Friday or Saturday nights and in no way did I feel intimidated. You would do well to seek out this studio and you may find it as much fun as I have.
