I hope this review serves as a warning to prevent others from experiencing what we did. My mother dropped off some jewelery for repair last year and due to personal circumstances and the pandemic she only recently had the opportunity to come in to pick up.

The man whom I assume is the owner was very disrespectful and made the claim that if things don't get picked up "they walk" and went on to explain it is part of covering the business costs.

I would understand if they had said it was lost or that they would look for it and get get back to us, but the fact that instead the man raised his voice at us and told us we couldn't expect him to have kept track of it all this time and refused to even look for our item (which was dropped off with a name and a phone number). Their lack of effort to even pretend to look for it and their aggressive attitudes towards us reveals they had no interest in assisting us, but had no issue verbally demeaning us.

I would avoid this business at all costs.

Family ran. Very nice people. My husband went in today to get my band soldered together. I came in to drop off my ring for proper sizing. They also sized another ring I had with me. All in just a few hours. Both of my rings look great. This is the place to go if you're wanting quick quality work.
