How Much experience do you need to be an over size/heavy haul driver

Very good company. Offer many employment opportunities.

Had a customer that had a trackhoe catch fire on a job site in Memphis Tn. This company was at the job site doing the dirt work. The trackhoe was on a levee so we had to pull it to the road to load it. As soon as we got it to road. We did have the road blocked and was gonna be about 30 mins. The supervisor for this company pulls up and asks us what we are doing and starts curising us. Tells us we have 10 mins and he is bringing a bulldozer up and pushing the trackhoe back down where it was. We told him we would hurry as fast as possible and move. We got the trackhoe loaded took about 30 mins. We moved our trucks and the road was open. The supervisor had his dump trucks dump loads of dirt in front of us and block us in. The he had the dump trucks park around us and block the exits and in front of our trucks so we could not get out. We had to get the job superintendent involved to get him to move the trucks. I have never left a review in my whole life. But wrong is wrong. If this is how this company conducts themselves on job sites. I wouldnt want them on mine.

The review is so oooooo true and talk to their employees like their dogs. I have never been around shallow people before in my life. I'm sry for the way these men get talked to. My Husband is a good Godly Man and they talked to like a criminal

I know a few of these workers personally.... if you were smart you wouldn't want a company that employees people like this to do a job for you because how do you know if it will be done right or on time.. They are dead beat crackheads who steal from the places they do work at...they get drunk and drive company vehicles. .. I could mention allot wrong..it's not the owner but it's the majority of his workers

Dewitt and Plateau Excavation are an excellent company to work for. First of all because of the respect, and professionalism from the management.
Plus a good paycheck for working hard is always nice so that everyone can support their families.
I truly believe in my gut instinct that i very well may retire one day with this company which is aGod send to an answered prayer for myself.

I believe i have finally found a home,
(Work wise).
