I have taken the tour many times since the Goodtime 2. Would recommend it to anyone.

We really like the boat ride, how ever we where confused on if we could go outside and which decks we where allowed to be on. Loved the scenery.

Magical and Magnificent. I would recommend it to anyone. <3 Best timer ever.

Was a good time except for these peoples screaming wild children running a muck the entire time and the parents just let them be

I did have a good time. 4 stars bc I waited in line for so long trying to get a drink that I gave up and just waited for last call. Other than that we had a great time

The Friday night dance cruise was fantastic ! The music and djs were great. Getting parking took so long we never ate before going on board but were told there was food The only downside is no food until after underway but the upside drinks available right away. Food was good. All the crew were friendly and helpful. Told lots of locals they should try Friday night cruise until we went to Saturday dinner and city lights cruise WOW 1st the Goodtime emails about parking during air show BIG HELP. Thanks. Food and accommodation for my disabled companion who did not pick a salad she would eat at first was all really good and appreciated. Pasta should halve been hotter to still be warm once back to seat. Live music was nice but later discovered same dj from Friday night upstairs and again plenty of dancing. Difference was boat not out on dark lake like Friday but going by the city the whole time with interesting sights. You probably can not guarantee a rainbow during dinner or fireworks later in the evening off the bow but they made our cruise extra special ! Did of course spent rest of weekend telling people to go to Saturday night cruise. Thanks for a truly wonderful time

It would have been better but traffic on the river cut our sight seeing trip short and we just floated around a bit. I realize they can't control the traffic but they should have had a better plan B

What is there not to like about a cruise on a ship? Absolutely nothing! We took a narrated cruise on the Cuyahoga river. The staff is are friendly and helpful. If you have never been on the Goodtime III, take a cruise on her, you will have a good time.

The tour we went on was nice, we decided to take this tour because you GT3 advertised that it was a great way to view and learn about the tall ships that were town. There was literally a 30 second introduction on the ships and didn t know anything about them. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would like to experience one of your dinner cruises.

It was ok, they changed the rules and the security was following you everywhere. Couldn't really enjoy ourselves. I wouldn't book again.

Will never cruise with goodtime 3. First book had 1 and 3. Deck 2 seat 51 . Not a very good view

I actually prefer the dance cruise over the happy hour cruise. I found the music selection to be a bit boring for most of the tour.

1st time on the Goodtime III, our whole group had a wonderful time

I really enjoyed the group Forecast. Also the cruise, but felt a little claustrophobic on the first level. Lots of tables and chairs arranged very close together.

I was on a chartered river and lake cruise and had such a good time. I have been riding a Goodtime since the age of 8 and as always the crew were so nice and willing to talk to you. It was a great trip down the Cuyahoga river and then out on the lake both to the East and then the West. If you haven't seen Cleveland from aboard the Goodtime III you are missing some beautiful views. Highly recommend!

I was on the Goodtime III twice this summer. I enjoyed it both times. I recommend others try the Friday night cruise

It's an older boat that hasn't been updated in a while. Draws an interesting crowd. Overall enjoyable.

I always have fun and a nice time on the dance cruise on Friday nights. Well organized and great DJ!!

I have a wonderful time each time I take a cruise regardless of the type of cruise. The staff is friendly and the DJ plays a variety of music.

Had a great time. Learned a lot about Cleveland on the cruise. Had lunch then we took off. It was a great day!

Great ride through Cleveland, they talk about the history of the city and play music afterward.

My wife and I really enjoyed being able to relax and dance on multiple levels of the ship. There was a space for the mature crowd to move their feet as well as the younger hip crowd. The top deck was amazing just to kick back and enjoy Cleveland's Skyline and the night sky. Very Romantic. A Great Time!

Omg.. My first time ever on a boat and I must say it was nice.. Beautiful night lights. Cleveland is so pretty at night. Would love to go again this time taking my daughter... The people were amazing.. No alterations we all had a good time. Thank you so much

They need to be more Accommodating...they several family members at the dock

Fun Lake Erie/Cuyahoga Rover cruise. Air-conditioned first deck, or two open-air upper decks to choose from (second floor deck is covered, top is open). Decent drink selection. Knowledgeable guides and friendly crew. Fair price, too! A must see for tourists.

Great experience loved the view, the captain was exceptional, it was a real good time!

Went to the Mothers day brunch and it was a lot of fun! All of the food was great. Our favorite part was the band. They played a variety of songs and sounded really good. We are planning to make this a mothers day tradition

A must to-do for everyone. Priced right and a "GOODTIME"

Really fun and informational. Boat is comfortable, wasn't crowded. Beverages and snacks were nice.

It was a great time. We did dinner cruise and the food was delicious and so much of it. Definitely will be doing again when return from AZ.

Bartenders charged different prices for the same drink and claimed it was because the ones who charged less were new and didn t know what they were doing.

A group of 10 people went for the first time and we had a ball. We were celebrating a friends birthday and the attention that she got because it was her birthday was just the icing on the cake. We went on a Friday night which was a jazz cruise from 9:45 to 11:45 . It left on time we cruised around it was a beautiful night we took lots of pictures,we danced and really made memories. We felt the breeze on the top level it was awesome there was room to move around on all 3 decks. Three different levels to appeal to all when it comes to music styles. Depending upon what you wanted to listen to and if you just wanted to shoot the breeze you could do that too it was a good time for everyone.

Enjoyed tour, very informative and crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Long wait for trains to clear bridge; however, crew kept us informed on delay and filled time with history of river, bridges, and city.

Celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversay aboard the Goodtime III. Great staff and great food. Nothing but nice comments from those who attended. Many enjoyed the narration during the cruise and were surprised of the many changes to our great city and facts they never knew before. We'll be going again just the two of us very soon.

My husband and I took my 87 year old father on a narrated sightseeing tour to celebrate his birthday, and it was fabulous! Not only were the views from the boat amazing, but we learned a lot of interesting information about the area's history. The crew was top-notch and made the experience enjoyable. What a fun afternoon!

Had a wonderful time! Only complaint is the ladies bathrooms!!

Customer Service was great! I originally booked a mid day cruise but they helped me switch to a subset cruise with no problem at all! We boarded and left on time and the cruise was perfect. Kenyon, our server was phenomenal!! Capt. Rick was very personable and professional!

Great way to see the city. Food offered was good. Very nice staff.
Entertainment was The Frank and Dean Show. They were wonderful.
We love Captain Rick.

The Goodtime III provided an enjoyable and relaxing lunch buffet and tour of Cleveland. The lunch buffet consisted of roast beef, chicken, red potatoes, pasta, vegetables, rolls, beverages and desserts. The dining area had ample seating for the group on the ship. The line was fairly long and took some time to get through. Although, this was a buffet, the food was dished out for us.

The narrated tour provided information about current attractions as well as the history of what we were seeing in Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River. We saw some of the restaurants, entertainment areas as well as some of the industrial area. The tour was informative.

The boat ride was smooth. A variety of indoor and outdoor seating was available on each level. Snack/Beverage bars were available as well as several sets of restrooms. The ship was clean and presentable.

City parking lots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Pay the city parking rates, determined by the length of your stay.

I recommend booking several weeks in advance for weekend dinner cruises and other special events.

I took my father and we had a great time. The views were beautiful, the buffet was good and perfect weather. I would recommend this for a date, catching up with a friend, or an event (mine was fathers day).

Mothers Day Brunch was a complete Let down! We were on the second deck, there was no warning on the booking site that the second deck was open to the air (we have done the nautica queen before and it is not). they had blue tarps up on the side but it did not block the wind and there was no view. the food was cold and they ran out on our deck. After 30 min i was ready to doc and realized we still had a full 2.5 hours to go! our area became a giant wind tunnel and was very cold. then to add insult to injury with more than 30 min left they removed the tarps with no warning opening us up complete to the elements. i asked them why and the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE with their response it was for docking. we then make our way down to the main deck (that is over crowded because all of the guests from the second deck have been forced down and the staff again were rude and rolled their eyes and made comments about how many people were down there. Long story short I WILL NEVER TAKE THE GOODTIME III AGAIN and i would strongly recommend you do the same. The Nautica queen was a much better experience!!

Had fun. Staff was courteous. Very economical outing . I had hoped to see more of the Cuyahoga River than we saw . I was hoping to go further past Nautica Pavilion.

It was fine. Be aware they leave exactly on time and there is not enough parking there for all the tickets they sell, and they won't tell you if you drive into the lot after it's full. All that is to say my husband and two other people got left behind. So, meh.

My wife Maritere and I had a great time on Cinco de Mayo. Sammy DeLeon and his band was great. He had everyone dancing to the rhythm of his drum beat. The View of Cleveland was beautiful. Thank you Captain Rick for hosting this great event for the community.

Had a great time on the narrated tour!
Only setback was that my cousin visiting from Europe who was there along with me had a hard time following the narrative because so much info was provided in such a short time. And as a foreigner even though she speaks decent English she missed 75 % of what was said. Understand from previous tours that there is a lot of info to pass along and for that reason kept a comment going the whole time in German just in case . But guess since I have lived in this country for more than 25 years it took me a bit to realize that she wasn't able to follow the narrative quite as well as anticipated. Any chance to provide an online copy of the tour narrative for people such as my cousin to follow up on all the info provided that they didn't catch? She sure loved the trip but is a fiend for details so would have liked to read up on more info than I was able to provide her with on short notice!
Anyway thanks for a great trip and looking forward to take one with my husband sometime soon

We absolutely loved the happy hour cruise on the good time three. My family and I had an amazing time. The drinks were good and affordable. The music was so good that we couldn t stop dancing and everyone was so nice! The scenery was beautiful and it seemed like we weren t even in Cleveland anymore for those couple hours on the boat!

Did the narrated tour on a Sunday. Very fun and informative. I expect that part of the narration was pre-recorded, so it would have been great if the captain or tour lead would have briefly paused the tape when the Captain had to turn on the bow thrusters, because we couldn't hear anything that was being said until he turned the thrusters back off, so we missed a bunch of the history. Would have rated the trip with 5 stars if they would have done that.
Since a Tall Ship (the Pride of Baltimore) was moored in the western basin, the Captain did an extra jaunt down past that ship, which we really appreciated.

I thought we were going to go into the water but that never happened we went to lake that I dis mot car about and look and random bridges, boats and piles of sand. The food was okay I was not happy with my purchase.

This is a fabulous trip for our middle schoolers! The narration is very informative and up to date. I love hearing about the new phases in Cleveland. So many students will never get to see Lake Erie or see all the exciting things along the Cuyahoga River. Thank you for a great trip!

This was a nice trip, we scheduled this to do something different for our daughters 15th birthday, we all enjoyed it. The lunch was very good and the staff was friendly an polite, this is a nice way to spend a couple hours with your family and sites.

The Friday happy hour cruise is one of my favorite Cleveland summer traditions! Get there early to board and get a table, and expect to wait a bit for drinks. Great views of the city while cruising on the lake. I try to bring new friends all the time- great group activity.

We did the 12:00 2-hour scenic tour. The weather was great, employees very helpful. The planes were practicing for the air show at 2, so our tour was cut short by about 1/2 hour. We'll try again next year.

Goodtime III was fun fun fun, the ride,food,music was great. the staffs was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed every moment, will do it again. highly recommended to all visitors to Cleveland Ohio.

I was not impressed. We only did half the tour Because the bridge was broken. I know it's not the companies fault but discounts go a long way. I've never been on your tour before. I won't go again based on that first half. The airshow was way more exciting.

This is a great way to take in some of the history of Cleveland. I remember riding this as a kid and enjoying them honking to get the bridges to lift. It's kind of neat to go under a lift bridge and see the traffic stopped for us as we go by. I also appreciate the narrated tour. There's a lot to take in.

The second half of the tour is very relaxed as you just enjoy being on the boat while it goes back up the river and then makes a big turn around in the lake. We went on the Friday of the Air Show weekend, so we also got a little bonus show watching the Thunderbirds practice. But even without that it would be a great time.

Great experience. Good time for kids and myself. Have to do it at least once.

64 of my friends got together to celebrate my birthday on the Goodtime III during the afternoon history tour. Amy was my contact person, and she handled added reservations after the initial 20 quickly, happily, and efficiently. We had a perfect day on the water, and could not have been happier with the way the day went. What a great asset to the city of Cleveland is, the Goodtime III and its staff! Thank you!

A wonderful experience. My wife and I took the 3.pm sail to avoid the hot summer sun. It turned out a wise decision. Cruise crews were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to my friends.
