Seen the Christmas Carol play. What a wonderful experience! I was lucky enough to get there on a charter bus. Not sure how hard or expensive it is for parking.

Very nice. Seats are not too uncomfortable and good views throughout. New location is nice and modern and has an elevator.

Convenient to transportation and restaurants, the Goodman offers and excellent variety of theatrical productions in a number of genres.

Any play at the Goodman Theatre is a rewarding experience.

I saw a christmas carol at the Goodman a few months ago and the production was fantastic. We had seats that were pretty far up, but we could still see everything and the experience was great.

Being my first theater experience I have to say it was absolutely incredible

Two theaters. Great plays. Validated parking across the street. Overpriced bar in the lobby but you can bring drinks into the theater.

I was there last night and seen the performance of A Christmas Carol. It was wonderful and funny. The actors and singing were amazing. Will definitely come back.

I have been a subscriber for many years. The plays are well directed, well acted and very thought provoking. It all lines up for a very reliably enjoyable experience.

I can only speak of their performance on the Christmas Carol, but the staff was amicable and friendly. (All the food and drinks bought inside were allowed into the theatre.)

Good productions, variety of shows, no problem swapping tickets, box office answers the phone.

The small Owen theater is very comfortable, with good sightlines and acoustics. The big theater is too big--too many seats too far from the stage. Production quality at both is superb.

Wonderful venue. "An Enemy of the People" was well done and very thought-provoking.

Nice, intimate theatre with excellent performances from what I've seen so far. Will definitely be returning. Saw La Havana Madrid just this weekend and enjoyed the show immensely.

I went here before as a fieldtrip in 5th grade in 2015 or 2016, I saw the christmas carol theater and I loved it so much, I want to come hear again this winter for 2019, It will be impossible but maybe one day I will go here again! I'm already in high school by the way, good old memories.

We REALLY just parked in front of the Goodman when picking up a show from the Oriental

Nice and intimate venue. We had front row seats and we could see the expressions on all the actors and actresses faces. It made it soo personal and was a great experience.

This year was my family's 9th annual year seeing A Christmas Carol and it's always the best thing all year.

Took my mom to see "Having Our Say" a wonderful play about two sisters who live to be 104 years old. Cozy theater with no bad seats. We were in row F seats 12 & 13, center. I was impressed with the sound quality because my mom has hearing loss but she said she was able to hear everything clearly. Lovely place to spend an afternoon. I plan to catch more performances here in the near future.

Great venue for the performing arts. We were there for the performance of the Christmas Story, a perennial favorite. Great experience.
A year later, we were back for the 40th annual run of the Christmas Story. As before, a great performance and a great experience. The place was decorated for the holidays and ready to lend holiday spirit for any to enjoy. Great staff, wonderful amenities at this not for profit facility. Enjoyable.

Great selections, reasonable prices and comfortable seating.

We ve been going to this production for almost 30 years and this year s production has been the most disappointing to date. The set was awful and the actors seemed to want to get home quickly and rushed every line. I was so sad to have to see such a great history come crashing to its knees the year.

My family came into town to visit Chicago, and see A Christmas Carol. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking I've seen a million variations of this story it couldn't possibly be that great. However, I am happy to admit I was sorely mistaken. The play was fabulous, and the theater is beautiful. I can't wait to see another show here soon.

This theater is just the right size and every performance is thoughtful, energetic and entertaining. Love the set designs. Unique plays. Never had a bad experience. Even the staff is above expectations

Beautiful theatre. The balcony seats offered a clear view of the stage, but they were a little steep.

My husband and I saw The Music Man. The performers did an excellent job. My husband and I love live theatre and we are very fortunate that Chicago has so much to offer in the live theatre. Thank you Goodman. Brake a leg.
