I confirm that the sav is zero. I sent my balance on March 13 Since then I sent a registered mail with photocopy of mails and the receipt of the shipment. To this day I have just called to get news. Always the same response from withings, your call is forwarded to the person concerned and they will contact you by email.
Not to have any problems with withings products.

Customer for several years and having only to congratulate me with withings I return an order a month ago and there is a real disaster!
My purchase never reached me after a whimsical address and walks in Paris.
I dare to believe that Whithings does not make its shipments but subcontracts them to an absolutely void carrier.
The welcome mail is always very nice but the kindness is not enough

I only knew a bug, solved in a few minutes and with a charming support and listening by email as well as by twitter.

The Health Mate interface is customizable, there could be more explanation / analysis but it is already such a progress that it deserves 5 stars! Especially since the products are at reasonable prices!

And what a disappointment, I sincerely regret my old fitbit bracelet!
With the scanwatch, the heartbeat data is just nonsense, and I'm just talking about the pulse that any Chinese 60th sensor takes reliably!
I left messages for customer service! No news !
Frankly I am disgusted! The product is beautiful but useless, absolutely to be avoided!

The worst Service ever! I have to wait 3 months to get my watch, then when I got it, the watch had a Manufacturer Problem so I had to return it, until then wasn't perfect the process but ok. I send it back and 3 months later I'm still waiting for a Money Refound or a new Watch!!!!

6 Months waiting for a Product didn't work the first time and a Service Process that doesn't answer you back when replying their emails, you need to install the app and reply there!!!!

Don't buy it!

The products would be good, the implementation bad and even worse the customer service. Water in the clock, times are not right, app does not work. Camera does not connect. If there are any problems, it will not help but send standard mails that do not match the product at all. Just a shame about the money.
