I want to recommend the Criminal department. I had two criminal accusations that I dealt with for a year. It took a lot of patience but the attorney took every step of the way with me and we were able to get good results on both cases. I want to thank Andres Fernandez and the staff!

I highly recommend Kanishka Bhagia as your immigration attorney! She worked extremely hard on my case and got my asylum granted in court with the judge! She presented our evidence at trial and won my asylum case in court! I didn't think we would win since asylum is so hard to get in the US now but she did it! My mom paid them a lot a money to help my brother and they deported anyways but Other lawyers said it may have been different .

I highly recommend the professionals at this place. We were told by a very well known lawyer that we would have to start our Inmigration case again, after a denial of permanent residency petition, so we consulted this office as a second opinion. The lawyer recommended us to appeal with such confidence that we did and our case was resolved in a matter of two months as they told us. They guided us very well through the process and after it finished.

The guy I met with for a consultation couldn't keep his eyes off my wife. The whole time I was speaking he would just look and talk to her. The case was my case. Out of county case so he said he doesn't really want to go to trial flat out. He says he's not sure no jail time was an option. He said his fees would be 15k for possible conviction and jail time for the lowest felony. State jail felony. And he wanted me to pay 4k a month. SMH. I consulted with five other different lawyers and all of them were under five thousand. My new lawyer charged me 2200. 300 a month. Guess what? We didn't go to trial. We didn't even go to pre trial and my case was placed on a deferred disposition. Sham of a law group.

I am honestly very disappointed to have hired this law firm to begin with, I never knew who my representative was ... when I came I had to speak to a different one and everyone told me something different that in the end did not benefit me at all ... I was paying all my installments a day for just one month I asked them to move my payment and they only gave me 2 weeks to make the payment .... I changed my case and I had to pay more but then the virus happened and I went to talk to them again and see if they could help me with a payment plan that would accommodate the situation we are all going through but it was not a fair agreement so I decided to cancel my new case then they told me that even though I had my first case already paid I would always continue to make payments .. The situation led me to cancel my contract because we had no way to continue making payments and I ended up losing 3 thousand dollars that I paid with sweat from my husband's work so that they could easily have collected it without having completed my case. It is worth it and I am very upset since I had my whole case paid or at least what the first lawyer said was going to cost so that later another lawyer with a bad attitude would come, by the way, that lawyer named Jessica to tell me that this price was not the Total that I should continue to pay more charges than they would continue to charge me for their services ... It is ridiculous they do not deserve even a single star and they will surely erase my comment because it is not convenient for them to have a bad rating I went to collect my check with what little They returned me for canceling it and there were 3 more people with problems with them too, the truth is very unprofessional

This law firm is horrible! We had a lawyer that we liked and signed a contract with and then she abruptly left the firm with no explanation from anyone. I had to re-explain our case to different people multiple times as they CHARGED ME BY THE MINUTE! Sometimes having two people on speaker phone at the same time making it hard to conversate and DOUBLE CHARGING ME for two people a minute! They have screwed up everything, went way over our original agreed price and now they won't return phone calls or emails. This has been the worse experience I could ever imagine and I hope to save someone else from making the same mistake. Now we will have to spend another 5K to get another attorney. They really haven't done anything and we've already paid them almost 4k. They even gave us emails that don't even work. Completely horrible experience. Avoid this firm at all cost!

I do not recommend Angel Rivera at all, he only calls you when he intends to take the case and after he charges you forget that one exists, you call him and nothing that answers you and when you write he tells you at one point he will return the call and nothing that happens, very bad service of him.

Luis Torres is one of the most unprofessional so call lawyer, false promises he made to my wife regarding one of my children case.. all he was doing was reading email from the other party and not communicating with us about the case.. he was just concern about the payment.. we went to his office on 8/31/2020 to meet up with him I understand we were a Little late but he didn t even had the curtesy to see us or talk to us se we left his office after an hour wait. Luis Torres decides to call us angry threatening my wife if we don t pay by Friday he was going to send us to collection but we don t have any problem making a payment we just wanted communication and see what the progress was and he didn t provide that to us ,he was just rude and unprofessional.
on 10/07/2020 they are charging late fees now for not paying this fools. they have not done anything for us at all

i went to gonzales because the google review was so great. after going through the lawgroup, I really wonder why they have so many reviews compare to the other law groups and all the reviews are 5 starts and talking about one specific lawyers. To start off, I went to the office and asked the lawyer whether she can handle my case or not and she said she can do it. so i signed the contract and later found out she was no longer working with the gonzales. I had different lawyer and we had back and forth communication because of a certain document. after wasting several hundred dollars just to figure out wether she can do it, i was told they cannot do it and have to hire other lawyer. So i told them i'll do it. and i did it my self. again, after wasting several hundred dollars just for the email communication. When i got some of the documents from the laywer, the address was completely different so i had to edit it to myself. other wise if i asked the lawyer to fix that info, i would have gotten charged another who knows how much for fixing their error. There are so many other stuff that I made frustrated. over all in my experience, some part was very unprofessional, and made me regret why did i picked this law group. They definitely overcharge... I'm giving 1 start because i don't want people like me go to this law group because of the number of 5 star reviews. I still question wether all of those reviews are real. if it is thats great, but if not, i don't want other people have headache and anxiety like me because of this law group.

Not very attentive to potential new clients. I was seeking legal advice for an immigration process and I came across this firm. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00 a.m this morning. I waited until 11:30, which is a ridiculous amount of time, when appointments are required . I ended up missing my sister s cross country district meet, because I wasted so much time there waiting to speak to an attorney. The front desk clerks are really nice, but don t bother making an appointment. You ll be waiting forever, watching other clients go in and out. And walk-ins being accepted. Perhaps they just don t need the business or have too many clients already, but after having to wait an hour and half for a consultation, I ll be seeking legal advice elsewhere.

Bad attention from the ladies at reception. They have no common sense.

I give 5 stars because they were helpful answering my questions and the outcome was better than I expected. The worst law firm! Very irresponsible
In a divorce case they changed lawyers 3 times. They said they submitted documents to the court and that was not the case. It took more than 4 months in my case and they never solved anything. Only charge each month when even when there was no work in the case. NOT RECOMMENDING THEM

I was requested to bring some information. Place is hard to see. When you see the address you only have seconds to exit. Had to wait about 5 minutes. Spent about 5 minutes and I was finished. Staff was friendly. I was acknowledged when I walked through the door.
