I am honestly very disappointed to have hired this law firm to begin with, I never knew who my representative was ... when I came I had to speak to a different one and everyone told me something different that in the end did not benefit me at all ... I was paying all my installments a day for just one month I asked them to move my payment and they only gave me 2 weeks to make the payment .... I changed my case and I had to pay more but then the virus happened and I went to talk to them again and see if they could help me with a payment plan that would accommodate the situation we are all going through but it was not a fair agreement so I decided to cancel my new case then they told me that even though I had my first case already paid I would always continue to make payments .. The situation led me to cancel my contract because we had no way to continue making payments and I ended up losing 3 thousand dollars that I paid with sweat from my husband's work so that they could easily have collected it without having completed my case. It is worth it and I am very upset since I had my whole case paid or at least what the first lawyer said was going to cost so that later another lawyer with a bad attitude would come, by the way, that lawyer named Jessica to tell me that this price was not the Total that I should continue to pay more charges than they would continue to charge me for their services ... It is ridiculous they do not deserve even a single star and they will surely erase my comment because it is not convenient for them to have a bad rating I went to collect my check with what little They returned me for canceling it and there were 3 more people with problems with them too, the truth is very unprofessional
