My husband was unfairly accused of a crime he did not commit. It has been 3 years of going to court and fighting these false charges. It has been very hard for out family. Even thru this time Kevin Acevedo of The Gonzalez Law Group and his team did not forget us. Before the jury trial they kept us updated with dates and contacted us for any questions during the investigation. They accompanied my husband from the begging, guiding and comforting us. It showed that they know what they were doing. They were patient through the legal process which was complicated. During the jury trial the way they fought for my husband was amazing. The passion for the law was notable and I was impressed. In the end, my husbands case was won even when the odds were against us. In the process they never looked at my husband as a guilty person, like other people would. They believed in him thru the process and that is priceless. I will recommend them to everyone

Very happy with the service. Got my case dismissed! Everything was done expeditiously. Office staff and everyone was very helpful, especially Kevin Acevedo and Samantha and Denisse.

I worked at The Gonzalez Law Group for a month and a half as a Call Center Intake Specialist. After 3 weeks, it was brought to my attention that I was not using the proper greeting. I restated my greeting to the manager and was only switching two words around. That same week, I was told to remove a piercing that was not in good taste to the manager in charge. I explained to her that I had previously asked the supervisor if it was okay that I wore it and she said yes. I even confirmed it was okay according to the employees manual. The manager begrudgingly told me to remove it exclaiming that she didn t care what the supervisor said and that what s she said goes, so I did. At the end of the week she called me to her office and asked me to sign two formal write ups for the incidents above. I received no warnings whatsoever and was immediately reprimanded having only worked there for a month. After these events it seemed like the manager had it out for me. The last straw was when I was called to attention for not answering calls on the first ring. Other employees did the same but I was the only one being noticed and felt as if I was being targeted since my first run in with the manager. The turnover rate is very high, during my time here 7 people quit the firm. The employees are always gossiping and not attentive to their jobs, if you re not liked by the group then you will be targeted and will find any reason to write you up.

I had a real bad car crash a couple of years ago with my mom in the car. We were hit real hard from behind by a young driver that was distracted. It was so hard we had to go to the hospital emergencies room that day. We hired Marco Gonzalez law firm and it was the best decision. It took a while but they got the job done! They were able to settle my case for policy limits and I'm happy because it makes me feel like I got the justice we deserved. Terrible case handling. I called for a "Free consultation". The lady on the phone automatically asked me if i was filing for divorce. There is no free consultation, they want to charge you $50 for a phone call. Go with another firm, these guys are all about the money.

A star and just to put my reference ... if they need professional help this is not the place they took my divorce case for publication which lasted 1 year and only to be able to charge me approximately $ 4000 ... I was afraid to talk to ask anything about My case because I was charged $ 25 dollars for the call ... I do not recommend it at all ... and I would like to be able to avoid someone what happened to me ... asking me to finish my case $ 1200 for a trust fund that according to what would be returned. At the end the numbers were sought to complete the amount and not return anything to me and I was waiting for the divorce decree ... I had to go directly to court for copies ... and they ask you to put good referendums like this or worse :(

Had a horrible head on collision back in June where someone fell asleep at the wheel, I was 7 months pregnant, with 3 surgeries done. Extreme dessapointed by this law firm. We had a first consultation and the lawyer at the time was very nice and made a recommendation not to hire since we could potentially handle the case ourselves. Now we need their services since our case got complicated and we were ready to retain this law firm, since we belived we had a good experience and advice by their lawyer. However, Friday I made an appointment, they told me they had one opening the same day and with a fee since it was the second consultation. At the time of the appointment they apologized since they made a mistake with the schedule and the appointment was not until Monday, I was not happy but said Ok. Today, they tell me the fee is not the one the told me friday but double than that. To me this is very unprofessional and there is clearly a problem with their staff and the secretaries are not prepared and do not know what they are doing and they have terrible customer services. I understand there are fees and can understand one mistake but 2 or more are not acceptable. If there is a fee it should be standard and not changing just because at the time of the appointment. Clear rules keeps things clear and maintain happy clients.
