The staff at reception is highly unprofessional. The front desk personnel Sachin is uncooperative and rude. Rooms are shabby, there was foul smell from the mattress, washroom jets and flush tanks were broken, ceiling and walls were having water leakage issues. They showed us 3 rooms before check in and all in same worse condition and not maintained well. The hotel was under going a water tank cleaning process and water supply was cut without informing us. When asked for the reason of not informing and check out immediately the front desk (night shift) personnel assured us of water supply by midnight, post which he insisted to us to not pay a penny if water is not back. However in the morning water supply was till not there and when the same was informed to reception , the morning shift personnel refused to accepted the commitment given by other guy.

Would not recommend this hotel anyone. Waste of money, rooms are way different than what they seem on website plus the staff is highly unprofessional and lack etiquette s.

I had gone through some reviews of dorty rooms & non poilte behaviour by guests.. So was little worried about my booking dome through goibibo.
Finally decided to see personly.. I reached hotel first arround 6pm and i proceed with check in, it was litterlay hassle free. I checked in and was waiting for my friemd inside the room. Its a couple friendly hotel so guys no worries about anything.. Finally in an hour my friend reached and proceeded with her check in at reception.. In just a minute she came up in room..
Our room is very well spacious, very neat & clean including toilet n bathroom too neatly cleaned.. Nice arrangements was seen inside room, cupboard storage was also well cleaned & equipped with an electronic safe.. Room ambienece was also so pleasant..
Latter we ordered food md due to festiv season we ordered some veg.. It was also very tasty and very well served in room.. Hotel charge service charges for room service but service is so good and staff behaviour was so polite so i didnt mind about it..
Overall our exprience and sty was very pleasant and we will lool forward for more stays at hotel and next time we wana try non veg food too..

For the restaurant, it was excellent experience with ambience & quick service. It also has enough space for car parking with restaurant on the side of main highway. We liked quality of both Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian food. You may also try some local fish dishes. Overall good experience.

This is a budget hotel in Thane having all basic amenities. It's better if you choose top floors.

All the products are amazing and the delivery services are good too

The food and service was good but they do have some issues with the wifi network.
