Just absolutely disgusting and at a loss for words. All those 5 star reviews you see here are from their employees or friends/family.
I am extremely frustrated with their lack of response and have not been unhappier. There is NO response ever at any time and when you book an appointment, no one ever shows up. I have taken at least 3 days off work so they could come look at our AC and there s no communication and I ve waited the whole day for someone to arrive. Absolutely disgusting. 0/5
