Not the place to go if you are looking to win any money.

Very nice Hotel my husband and I stayed for his birthday he really enjoyed our room and the restaurant

I love this place very clean and very nice service and people I'd go back every chance I can

I went to Gold Strike yesterday. It was not a fun time in terms of of not winning anything. However, it seemed like everyone was losing at the tables, which is what I play the vast majority of the time. The dealers (for example, Wanda) were great!

I visited the Gold Strike visiting for maybe the last due recurring Cancer. I will began second Chemo. My joy to this was a memory with my family. Every one went behond in caring . Cathy who was the receptionist was understand as well as Lavelle and See. Who saw that I was unable to leave on discharge day he call Latrese and the made it happen. My house keeper on the beginning was so nice room 2619
The housekeeping on 29 room 423 .The room cleaned and comfortable. Then Kevin stepped in on the day sick went to get my bag I had my medicine in it and bring it to my daughter we had already checked out when I began sick and unable to travel and even bring our luggage to 423. Please understand this was a true memory trip

I HATE THIS HOTEL!!!
There is nothing to keep the noise from the hall muffled, the doors must be made of paper. Since I can t sleep, I d like to work out, but no, the gym is only open from 7 am to 9 pm. I wake-up at 4 am from drunks in the hall, and have nothing to do until 7. I can t even go to breakfast, because it doesn t open until 7. I can t get on the computer, because the WIFI is awful. I can t even connect my iPad and iPad to it. There are almost no electrical outlets, and the 2 they have are too close together, so I can t charge my USB devices while charging my computer. Everything is pinned down, so I can t move the lamps to better locations and use their electrical outlets. The beds are hard as bricks, and the pillows are marshmello soft, so you can t support your head if you are a side-sleeper.
The pool is too small to swim laps.
The absolute worst thing, so far, and I've only been here for a few hours: You have to walk through a toxic environment to get to the food. My eyes are in pain from the smoke, and my throat hurts, even though I put my shirt over my nose and mouth to get through it. Why would they subject us to toxic fumes to get to food? If I ever get cancer, I am suing this Hotel, assuming it stays in business.

DAY 2: they do not clean the rooms, the WIFI STILL SUCKS. The line to food is too long: see my photo. There should never be this kind of line to a buffet. Lines for Black Friday are shorter than this.

Great visit this time, it was my birthday and actually won after a long dry period. Hotel and amenities are the best in tunica,
Americana buffet is superb. Hope to get more offers in mail so we can return soon.

Hotel was not The advertised price...they tacked on a resort price. They needed to vacuum room. Dirt all around edges. Dirty window with face and hand marks. Other wise nice.

I will share my unbelievably, horrible, experience. It will be via letter. I would give "minus" stars, if I could. Water was sitting in bathtub, toilet paper paper was in the commode, this was the state of the room when we arrived. The room was never "tidied up", beds weren't made, trash not emptied. My mother who has a hearing disability, was asked by the cashier at the buffet, "can you not hear?". The waiter for our table was good. This was at 18:39, August we 27. I was appalled at the girl that embarrassed my mom. The only person who was pleasant, was the waiter. The bartender this morning completely ignored me. I had to move in front of him and call out while disturbing the chat he was having with the waitress. My beer was half empty from foaming over. It was suppose to be a good time, and could have been, if not for the very unhappy people that are employed there. I did win money, as did my mother, so I don't want this to seem like I'm disgruntled because of gambling loss. We go to Tunica once or twice a year. I will not be going back to Goldstrike. I have stayed at MGM facilities before, but will avoid them in the future.

Enjoyed playing there... they have a lot of the slots we like. Ate at Pickle and Jam....really good food!

We used to love the Gold Strike. It really needs a renovation and the casino is terribly smokey even out into the lobby. The buffet food was good. They took out the poker room and my husband was so disappointed. Some of the staff, particularly in the Pickle and Jam, were just plain mean and ugly. We spent a lot of time at The Horseshoe. Well stay there next time.

We loved everything and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The casino despite allowing smoking it did not seem Smokey. The slots were not that free with big payouts but kept you playing. Every staff member seem pleasant and always smiling, especially Janet at the morning buffet.

It was superb excellent just didn't have enough of free play

Had a great time. Even though we didn't win it was a lot of fun. We will definitely go back

It was nice. We got a sweet the only thing was the air in the bedroom didn't work very well. Other than that it was wonderful.

We had high expectations for this day and we're trying to enjoy every moment,until we decided around 2am in the morning to head back to our room#3043 on the 30th floor and get some sleep.
Unfortunately, the guests in the room adjacent to us #3045 had trouble entering their room using their magnetic key. Hotel facility was called and they started drilling / working on removing the whole lock using all kinds of power tools from 2am till another 2 and half or 3 hours in the morning.
Thy were running their mouth all this time theyre working on the lock ,We could not get any sleep ,then room service was called and they stared vacuuming /cleaning at 4am in the morning, Terrible experience, we finally decided to get the hell out and leave
We reported our concerns and frustration to the front desk ,all what they said is "Sorry".
I want to dispute this charge,or else least they can do is give me a substante free night .I would like a member of management to contact and resolve the issue
I give this hotel 1star based on my experience, will changet my rating if management step up and take full responsibility of my concern and resolve the issue.

Always a great experience!! My husband and I had dinner at the Chicago Steak House and the food was immaculate. Awesome service!!

After calling to see if they have a no smoking room that has card tables we decided to drive 5 hours to come play on a Saturday night. Pay for a room at the casino. Purchase dinner. Then head to the NO SMOking area to find not one table open. The buffet sucked. The food was terrible. The rooms are nice but no fridge unless you call for one. Really let down this visit. Guess we head to Hollywood Casino or someplace else.

The hotel is very nice, clean and the hotel/casino staff are very friendly and helpful.

i enjoyed my stay but no trashbags in the trash cans.i feel that is inportant for sanitation for guest and house keeping. Bed was great.

Didn't win any money. When time to checkin at 4pm room still was;nt ready. But it was good to get away from home
