I will share my unbelievably, horrible, experience. It will be via letter. I would give "minus" stars, if I could. Water was sitting in bathtub, toilet paper paper was in the commode, this was the state of the room when we arrived. The room was never "tidied up", beds weren't made, trash not emptied. My mother who has a hearing disability, was asked by the cashier at the buffet, "can you not hear?". The waiter for our table was good. This was at 18:39, August we 27. I was appalled at the girl that embarrassed my mom. The only person who was pleasant, was the waiter. The bartender this morning completely ignored me. I had to move in front of him and call out while disturbing the chat he was having with the waitress. My beer was half empty from foaming over. It was suppose to be a good time, and could have been, if not for the very unhappy people that are employed there. I did win money, as did my mother, so I don't want this to seem like I'm disgruntled because of gambling loss. We go to Tunica once or twice a year. I will not be going back to Goldstrike. I have stayed at MGM facilities before, but will avoid them in the future.
