WARNING In the Sports Book Louge to get a table to sit and eat you MUST SPEND 50.00 PER HOUR FOR 2 PEOPLE. This goes up if you party is bigger. We will not be back until this changes. We use to go on Saturdays make some bets eat there maybe watch a game and gamble. Other casinos are not doing this. And Neither is SOUTHLAND. SO NOW YOU LOST OUR BETS AND BUSINESS. SHAME ON YOU

This place was great! My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing weekend! The staff was really nice the food was great and the slots were loose! Definitely if you can hit up the high-roller room we had more handpays than I can count! Can't wait to go back!

Top of the line when it comes to the casinos in this area

Only played. No rooms/ hotel. Staff in gaming area was nice and visual. Waitress was very nice and prompt.

The food was delicious and my drinks were on point.

Stayed the night . Nice and clean atmosphere. Breakfast could be kept warmer and fresher for a five star rating....

Sorry to see poker room closed, left without playing. Property in good condition but did not distinguish itself with superior games nor amenities.

This is my home away from home this is a great place to get away from everything and everybody I love this place and I go every other week as often as I can I love it

The hotel was wonderful and casino was great, my only complaint was an employee that was very rude and disrespectful towards us at the players club.

Imagine realizing you lost your wallet several hours after checking into a large casino hotel on a weekend with a special event in the area and the hotel, lobby and casino are filled to capacity...well, that was me. I checked in, went to the room to recover from the travel and freshen up and realized I did not have my wallet that had EVERYTHING in it. I immediately went downstairs and spoke to the concierge. They called security and that is when I met Billy. I have to say that Billy and the rest of the security team did not waste any time listening to my hysterical plea to help me find my wallet. I told them that the only other place it could be besides the lobby was in the car which was in the valet. Billy had security start pulling up the security cameras and they had the valet pull the car around and Hallelujah!! My wallet was there. I was so happy and thankful to Billy and his handsome coworker..can't remember his name but (wow!) :). Now I have to admit those slots were incredibly tight but besides that I have to say my stay was very pleasurable. Every employee was kind and pleasant from Billy in security, to Moe in the concierge (another wow!) , Abdullah in the buffet and that's only to name a few. I have to say I am a stickler for customer service and every interaction I had was pleasant and that made my stay wonderful. My only complaint..no microwave or fridge in the rooms and I was there for 3 days so that would have been nice. Great job to all the employees..thank you very much. See you next time. :)

Nice buffet with lots of food to choose from. Buffet was a little over $22 a person. Great servers.

I didnt like the place the slots machines r hard to win any money

One of our all time favorites for getting away and having some fun. Located in a trifecta of great places to go. Dining is fantastic as well.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and the casino area is large. The theater is nice (we saw Bill Engvall). My only negative comment would be that there is not enough restaurant space to accommodate the number of people in the hotel- and the "seafood buffet" is too expensive for those of us not into seafood.

Had a GREAT TIME and the Buffet was huge with everything you could imagine on it well worth the money!!!

We playing the day to spend their 10-year anniversary at Gold Strike it was the worst anniversary gift ever I totally could have stayed on the Gulf Coast where the casinos were a lot nicer but yet we chose Gold Strike where my comforter was mildew with blood on it I had to call downstairs for them to come and remove it that took about 35 minutes even after taking the comforter they never remade the bed they just laid the fresh comforter on top of it this ruined my anniversary gift then I was not happy of course after after looking at the comforter they gave me a refund but it wasn't the money it was the service and I was not happy and I drove 5 and a half hours to enjoy myself and it was totally ruined thank you Gold Strike for ruining my 10-year wedding anniversary...

.prices at pickle jam are too high..liked the old snack bar better..casino doesn't have the feel it once had..its the only casino I go to in Tunica, and that's been 14 years.free play for the players is lacking..casino just doesn't offer players much anymorr

It is clean, they have good games but payouts aren't the best.

Hotel was fine as usual but very disappointed in the casino. Many slot machines (of course most of my favorites) were not functioning. Poor selection of machines in no smoking area. Had a blackjack dealer chastise us for not playing the side bet. We explained we don't play the side bets and she argued with us as to why we should.

It's a nice resort overall. The hallways were way to cold for me and I wish the rooms had refrigerators. Good buffet and casual eatery (Pickle and Jam), skip the steakhouse.

Casino was good but the buffet was the pit. Dont waste your time with the food at their buffet

The room was not cleaned well at all. Stain on the floor that I stepped in, water ring on the table, water in the tub, no flat sheet on the bed. The room next door was very loud, so I got no sleep.

Good games, relaxation, nice drinks and slots slightly loose.

It was fun. But some of the staff we didn't care for.

Had a guys trip here for mlk weekend my friend John Bayne had gotten his winning chips gave to the wrong person so that kinda messed us up the whole night. The waitresses was great the room was clean but smelled like marijuana if we come back hopefully it will be better then last time

Not all it's cracked up to be, but a good casino, staff seems overworked. No social distancing whatsoever so if you are concerned with that, you might as well avoid all casinos period. Masks were being used by half of patrons. Lost really quickly again so hopefully you have better luck than I did.

Gold Strike is one of the best Casinos in Tunica. The staff is very friendly and the Casino is clean.

Enjoyed My Born Day 4 day visit in January. The slots were tight, lost 120 dollars, food was delicious. They need to have microwave ovens in every room so you can warm up your food from either them or outside of the hotel.
