We had high expectations for this day and we're trying to enjoy every moment,until we decided around 2am in the morning to head back to our room#3043 on the 30th floor and get some sleep.
Unfortunately, the guests in the room adjacent to us #3045 had trouble entering their room using their magnetic key. Hotel facility was called and they started drilling / working on removing the whole lock using all kinds of power tools from 2am till another 2 and half or 3 hours in the morning.
Thy were running their mouth all this time theyre working on the lock ,We could not get any sleep ,then room service was called and they stared vacuuming /cleaning at 4am in the morning, Terrible experience, we finally decided to get the hell out and leave
We reported our concerns and frustration to the front desk ,all what they said is "Sorry".
I want to dispute this charge,or else least they can do is give me a substante free night .I would like a member of management to contact and resolve the issue
I give this hotel 1star based on my experience, will changet my rating if management step up and take full responsibility of my concern and resolve the issue.
