Allen Americans Hockey Club Review

Enjoyed the game and the team. The front door experience was the worst I ve ever experienced. A small purse set the door people off. Since there is nothing on their website stating you cannot bring a small purse inside, it makes for an issue when you Uber. If you re going to have ridiculous expectations of your customers, let them know before they buy tickets.

We had a good time watching our first Americans hockey game. The parking is free, the tickets were reasonably priced, the food was a little more Expensive than I expected but not crazy for an event like this.
My only complaints were that you can't have a bag in there, even if they inspect it. My wife had to take her purse back out. Not a big deal, but if we had taken an Uber there we'd be screwed. Other issue was the usher kept running around with his "mask required sign". I was wearing one so it wasn't directed at me, but he kept literally running in front of us to flag someone down for their mask. I don't care that he's doing that, but he should wait until the puck isn't in play or something, it was very distracting. If you take it off briefly to eat or drink they will look at you until you put it back on.

Up until now I would go watch the Stars but because of covid I took my family to see the Americans. We are now season ticket holders. This team is amazing. And the fans are incredible they love thier team.

Some of the best professional hockey you will get to watch in the Dallas area. The play is fast paced and hard hitting. You wont be disappointed. Allen Event Center is great venue and not a bad seat in the house. Parking is FREE and tickets are very affordable. Take the whole family and they will have a blast.

Good people they are all about their team, fans, clients, and their community. It starts at the top with their President and runs through out the organization. It's gonna be a great season 2019-2020 #GOAMERICANS

Great deal for free skating on Groupon. Some of their older skates are made out of the same material as ski boots. My son got a blister on his ankle and declared, "I never want to go ice skating again!". It's probably better to bring your own skates if you get into it.

The team play was fine. The team is a Nashville Predators affiliate in the Dallas Stars market. The seating at the Allen Events center was terrible and the service was worse!

Intimate venue gets you closer to the action. Good hockey and fun fights.

If you are looking for some fun sports entertainment, this is the place. The games are fun, lots of families, friends in attendance. The team is good and competitive as well.

Seat are too close between rows. Very inconvenient and rude to others trying to enjoy the event when they have to stand up Everytime someone has to use the bathroom or get a drink. Not a good concert venue.

Great venue for the family. Let's of team and fan spirit. Fun time!

Had the opportunity to perform during one of their hockey games (between periods). We were lucky to be able to see the game from behind the scenes. This hockey team is amazing. We had just as much fun keeping up woth the game as we did playing for them.

I enjoy every hockey game I have been to. I'm so thankful we are fortunate to have Allen Americans here in our hometown!

The Allen Americans are an amazing organization that really puts on great events and games for hockey fans of all ages. Their tickets are reasonably priced, the food is good, and their is not a bad seat in the entire Allen Event Center! They always have fun things during the game to keep kids interested and the sing-alongs are extra fun too. If you haven t tried an Allen Americans game, do yourself a favor and get some tickets to check out what you ve been missing!

We have gone there 3 times for a concert. Have see bull riding, took the grandkids to see Disney on Ice. Been there for gun shows, lawn and garden shows and many other things. It is a great place to go and have fun. And sometimes they have a free day where you can go skate. Just check the Allen, Texas Web site. Last time we went we saw The Steve Miller Band and Peter Frampton.

Great place to hang out and watch some hockey. Many fights and overall good hockey!

We love going to games here. If you buy tickets at thecwindow, you get a child discount for kid's tickets.

The players on this team are great and they add talent every season. The arena sells affordable beer and has many tasty food options. They also have very friendly Ice Angels.

Facilities were terrible overall. The restrooms were dirty, the seats were disgusting and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The people who worked there were somewhat disrespectful and while I understand they might have been frustrated with the amount of people there, it was unnecessary. Would not go to again.

Been following this team since they started and for the money, it's a great deal. The team staff are all good folks and their level of organization is getting better every year. The team itself has it's ups and downs but overall, I'm glad we can have a minor league hockey in North Texas. They help make the players accessible to fans, and this is a great thing to promote Texas youth hockey. I hope they can improve their marketing and social media so they can bring in more fans.

This is my favorite sports experience in dfw. Great for the family and a good price.

Enjoyed my visit here. It was for a concert. The sound was great! Great environment. The only issue I had was the seats face straight ahead, but the concert stage was to my right so you have to turn your head, unless you have floor seats. The stadium seats were very comfortable even kind of roomy. The parking garage was very nice as well. Well lit. I would definitely come back here for an event.

My kids love these games! It s pretty exciting to see!

We were provided a lunch and got to meet some of the behind the scenes people. Everyone was so nice.

It's an albsolutly great place to go see a hockey game. It's a minor league team and they are really good and have won several championships. The prices are fair and the parking is free. The concessions are typically high, but if you get here before the game starts they will have discounts on some drinks. We had a really great time and the seating is all very good and they are comfortable. So head on over and check them out and I think you will like them as much as we did.

Lots of family fun!! Tonight, fans threw stuffed animals for underprivileged kids after the Americans scored their first goal!
