I stayed at Tulip Inn (not Golden Tulip, same building but different standards) for a week at a work conference. Very good service for the price. Comfortable room, basic but full confort. Friendly staff and excellent location just across Leiden Central Station and main bus stop.

Good hotel with good staff a lead is a nice city to get away from it all.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were generally clean and the breakfast was delicious, but the rooms were equally different from each other (for example, the executive room on the second floor had an extra bathtub, unlike the executive room on the first floor, Shower room is separate and there is also a sofa for 2 people), the bed is a room with two single beds, so it is much harder to sleep than a double bed room, bed mattresses are inexpensive, Feeling uncomfortable.

nice cafe / restaurant, did an interview here, animals were also allowed.

Rooms neat and as you would expect.
At breakfast I thought it was a pity that there were no fresh drinks but only out of pack, then breakfast is expensive for what you get in return. Therefore one star less.

The hotel we had booked was double booked and allowed to go here. It was very good and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet.

A fantastic hotel, but with the prices you would expect nothing else

As a hotel, great. Service is excellent, rooms are comfy, if a little cramped. The only negative I would mention is that if you arrive late, their room service menu is likely to be finished and often the only food choice is the local Burger King.

The option of using the local gym is included in the room price but there is no swimming pool.

The service and the breakfast are very good. Unfortunately, the rooms can hardly be heated. The first two days you freeze. In winter, the hotel is rather hardy arctic foxes recommended, in the summer but certainly nice.

Alright facilities but unhelpful staff. Made me wait 2 hours even though my room was ready!!! Not nice after a 5 hour trip

Great breakfast, clean room friendly staff and voucher to a gym next door. Location close to central station

Very welcome atmosphere at the reception and lobby. The location is great by situated right at Leiden Central Train station and on walking distance from the historic town. By car it's also perfectly reachable and ringht in front of the main entrance are 5 short stop parking places. There is also a parking lot and costs 7,50 per day (very cheap). Just around the corner is EV charging point for your car or other electronic vehicle. The hotel also has a variety of conference rooms and a restaurant. Great location for meetings or a touristic visit for the city of Leiden.

In the restaurant, a difference was made between guests with an arrangement and "normal" restaurant guests. This was very unpleasant I will never go back

Really had a wonderful weekend in Leiden with super overnight at this hotel. Top service and very welcoming and super friendly staff. Will definitely come back here the next time.
